First, the owners of this property communicate in an extremely kind, thorough, clear, and prompt way…they were a pleasure to work with. The home is large, comfy, bright, clean, and conveniently located. Our group was entirely comfortable and happy during our stay and will stay here again when we visit our family in the area. Super, super clean, quiet neighborhood, tons of room, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor space with THE BEST outdoor shower. Really can't say enough good things about it. From prompt communication to effortless check in, to clear and perfectly reasonable check out procedure, this is rental done right. Best stay ever!

The house was perfect for our group - three couples. There was plenty of room to be together and enough space for privacy. The location was perfect. It was away from the busy downtown but we could get there in just a few minutes. We would definitely rent this house again for our next trip to Newport.

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone was very impressed with my find! The inside was even better than expected with so much space and tons of beds for us to stay comfortably. Very clean too. It’s situated in a lovely neighborhood walking distance to a few restaurants and brewery and only a short drive to downtown. The hosts were very communicative and provided helpful information about parking. 10/10 would stay here again if I come back to Newport.

The pictures on the listing do not do it justice! Many thoughtful details here and it has anything you’d need! Close walk to the beach & cliff walk and short ride to Newport/Thames St. Highly recommend!!

We rented this Beautiful home for my nieces wedding in Newport and stayed 2 nights with family. There were six of us and the house was so accommodating! Walking distance to many restaurants and beaches 🏝 would love to revisit … Owners are wonderful

My group loved our stay at this home. It was spotless when we arrived. The A/C worked and worked well, which was really important on such a hot weekend. Everything was as described. Communication with the owners was clear and cordial. I felt like it was very important to them that we had a great stay. And we did!

This property was clean, spacious, and convenient to everything we wanted to do! Just down the road to multiple restaurants and the beach! Also close to many hiking destinations! What a beautiful area. Also the wonderful, relaxing back yard with the fire pit that we used EVERY night! Was a great week away. The only thing I might add is a few larger, sharp cutting knives! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

The house itself was everything we hoped for -- clean, spacious, plenty of room for our extended family of 7. Everybody had their own space. Perfect. The location was even better than we were expecting! We were visiting Newport for a wedding, and decided to make a small vacation of it. The Middletown location is just a 10-15 min walk (3-min drive) from the Cliff Walk, and even closer to two different beaches. 2nd beach in Middletown seems to be just about the biggest beach in the area. Thames St is about 2 miles away, so a short drive or a lovely walk through the heart of everything. We had zero issues. Peter & Erin were extremely responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!

This VRBO was clean, bright, and comfortable! The bedrooms have TV's and the home had air conditioning! The kitchen provided all you would need to cook or gather! The outside deck was delightful! We really enjoyed our time there and it was so close to downtown Newport and our wedding venues! It was a very quiet neighborhood! Peter and Erin are great hosts and offer a super VRBO!

Great house and location! Less than 10 minutes walking to the beach - 5 minutes in the car to Newport! Had a great weekend here with friends. Hosts were great and communicative and the house was clean and equipped with the essentials. Would definitely book again!

Our son got married in May 2022 and my parents and siblings staed at the home for the weekend. Peter and Erin were terrific and always available for questions. Really perfect for 3 couples to relax and enjoy Newport (just a few miles away) and the beach which is very close. Will stay again when in Newport!

Needed a place to sray for t he wife and I and our adult children. This poplar e was great was there for two days we should have stayed a day not two more.

The house was in a perfect neighborhood location. The house itself was very roomy to sleep 6 people comfortable. The back yard was good size with a fire pit. Good restaurants were a short walk so you didn't have to drive. The public beach was also just down the street. The Cliff walk was just past the beach so roughly a 1 mile walk. Peter and Erin were very responsible whenever I had a question. Definitely recommend this place for a family get-together in Newport!

My family and I decided to take a quick getaway to Newport, and this house was the perfect relaxing escape that we were looking for! The house is beautiful and very spacious! As soon as we entered we felt at home! The interior is spotless and the decor is stylish. The beds and the couches are so comfortable, it was hard not to stay in all day. The location is perfect for exploring Newport with downtown and beaches only a few minutes away. The amenities were great and we were pleasantly surprised that towels and sheets were provided. We didn’t get to take advantage of the yard but it’s a great space and would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy it. Erin and Peter were great hosts, always very kind and super responsive. They even graciously allowed us to have a later checkout which allowed us to explore Newport some more. Thank you very much! It truly was a pleasure staying in their lovely home!!! We highly recommend it and would love the opportunity to stay here again next time we are in Newport.

We went as a group of girls for a friends bachelorette party. The house was perfect and we could not have hoped for better. The hosts were incredible. Thank you for accommodating such an awesome weekend!

Peter & Erin are great to communicate with; fast & easy. Home was clean & adorable. Home can definitely accommodate for about 10 adults. They had everything you can think of & the welcome gift was so cute. Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely stay in their beautiful home.

We were in Newport, RI for my nieces December wedding. I decided to rent the house to accommodate my 2 children, their spouses and my mother so we could spend time together when not at the wedding (which is difficult to do when you are all in separate hotel rooms). The house was as depicted in the listing. It was clean, the beds and linens were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels. The house also has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. Erin and Peter were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. They even left us a nice welcome package of chocolates, coffee and a bottle of wine. My only complaint was the low cyclical humming noise that came from the refrigerator when it was cooling down. It wasn’t awful just slightly annoying, and when I notified Peter of it and he was very quick to try and help correct the issue. I can’t say much about the beaches and access to other outdoor activities because we stayed there in December. Overall the home was perfect for us and I would definitely rent again.

We stayed here with a few other families of friends and loved the spacious backyard and the great location (near the beach and Cliff Walk). The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We had several families with young children, so we enjoyed the extra room to hang out downstairs and the larger bedrooms.

We had a great stay at Peter and Erins home. It was well stocked with everything we needed and located walking distance to the beach with a very quick drive in to downtown Newport. Would definitely return :)
