Great vacation spot four our family ranging from age 10 months to 80 years. The house is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and fully stocked. There is a great game room as well as theater room. The pool was clean and the dock easily accessible. There is fishing equipment, 4 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards. Apollo beach is a quaint community and boaters paradise. The owners are very helpful and responded to questions immediately. We were also able to book a guided boat tour with them on the channel. I would highly recommend a vacation in their home and would love to take my family back!

We celebrated our mom’s 80th birthday party at this beautiful home. Family came from North Carolina, Arkansas, Indiana and Florida, all from 44-80 years of age. The home fit every want and need. Absolutely set up perfectly and will definitely rent again! Thank you Mary for going out of your way to accommodate us!

I hate to tell others about this gem, but I feel obligated to do so. This was the perfect property It basically had everything. We had the best time.. We’re planning next year’s Vacation already.

When we had minor problems they handled it right away. The house is better than the pictures display. We had 25 people one day and we did not feel crowded. APlus no negatives. Best game room we ever saw. We miss it already. Great hosts.

This is a beautiful home with amazing owners. We kept saying during our trip that they have everything you could ever need in this home. We had an enjoyable trip as a girls trip but this house would also make a wonderful place to stay for a family. The game room had so much to do for all ages, plus the pool, and you are right on the waterway for water activities. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The accommodations are really nice. The area is safe and relaxing. We very much enjoyed the kayaks. The game room down stairs was a very nice bonus for our teenagers that were with us. Mary was very communicative and helpful. Nice lady. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you, Mary.

Overall nice property, rooms were large and had their own bathrooms, game room downstairs was fun to hangout in, the theater room was fun to sit back like your in a movie theater. Owners were easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed this home very much. Everything you could want is onsite or nearby. The landlord Mary was super responsive when we checked out and had forgotten something. The weather was cold when we went (January) but we just took full advantage of the hottub! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was super clean and had everything we could ever ask for. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. Our teenage boys loved having the games downstairs as well as the movie room. Great having 2 restaurants across the street. Circles was awesome we went there multiple times. The home owners always communicated quickly if needed. Rent this home if you are looking in the Tampa or Apollo Beach area

Even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very responsive home owners. We used everything the home had to offer - the kayaks and paddle boards, the theater room, the game room, the nearby restaurants. It was a fantastic stay - I would definitely return.

It was a blast! Our Boys lost but the house made up for it! Mary was just awesome! We asked and she got it done!

Host communicated every request until arrival. Emails were sent and never got a response. Can not turn down the AC because it was locked. Fishing poles didn't have reels or line. House was clean and pleasant just very hot.

We stayed the last week of June and it was perfect! The house is beyond wonderful and has everything you need. Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, beach cart, coolers, fishing gear, pool toys, huge grill, and too much more to list. The pool is perfect and the family loved the theater room when the occasional afternoon shower would pop up. The elevator was a lifesaver moving luggage up to the 3rd floor. There were so many game tables in the basement that the entire family could all play at the same time. I must say that in all the years of renting houses on vacation, this is the first time that the pictures and description honestly do not do the house justice!! I promise you will not be disappointed renting this property. The owners are great and wonderful to work with. When you go be sure and try Alpha Pizza directly across the street. Great food and live entertainment.

We booked an evening stroll with the owners, Captain Marcelino and his wife Mary and they took us to a few islands nearby and into Tampa Bay for dinner. We caught all sort of fish from the dock, catfish, lady fish, jack, and our daughter even caught a stingray. Thank you Marcelino and Mary for letting us stay! We had such a great family vacation! We had folks from 12 to 72 in our group and we had a fantastic time. The house is very comfortable and the amenities are fantastic for those slack days in between activities. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get some privacy so you’re not on top of each other the entire time. We stayed in mid-May and had absolutely no issues with bugs! Our kids had fun fishing off the dock with frozen shrimp bought from the harbor just a half block up from the house ($5), caught a few catfish. The elevator was an absolute blessing for some of our olde members to move between floors. The owners were incredibly responsive during our stay, like minutes to answer questions even though they were 6 hours away!The only things I can criticize are the sliding door to the back became very difficult to use, we tried some WD-40 but it was only a temporary relief. This became an issue with our older members. We also had trouble with the remote control in the media room (which is spectacular) as it didn’t seem responsive, I had to spend minutes repeatedly trying to get the system to respond. We couldn’t find any tolls for cleaning the pool/ hot tub which would have been nice being we were there for a week and there was a fire in the region that dropped sooty material on us.The only other thing that I would rate as a negative would be the lack of a colander for draining pasta. Taking everything into account, we had one of the best vacations ever. This property is incredibly beautiful and more than met our expectations for a home base for our trip. We saw dolphins in the bay before we even got to Apollo Beach.You can drive 7 minutes down the road to Apollo Beach and see glorious sunsets with Tampa and Saint Petersburg on the horizon. The negatives are a bit tick-tack but I want to be honest.I almost forgot, the Alpha restaurant that is literally across the street has an Elvis impersonator on Thursday night! We were given incorrect information and thought it was Sunday so we missed him but we’ve been told that this is better than Vegas! Don’t miss it!
