We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our extended family (10 of us) flew in to Park City to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. The house was more than spacious enough and had all of the amenities we could ask for. It was clean and well maintained as well. Finally, it was in a GREAT location - within a mile of Park City and even less to Deer Valley. Would stay here again!

I absolutely loved my stay in this home, and so did my group of 16 friends! Every detail is up to date, modern, and sparkling clean. The home is spacious (indoor and outdoor areas) and perfect for a large group. The hosts are incredibly gracious and communicative. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing stay! 2 families with kids enjoyed the spa, outdoor space and game room. We loved the evenings with the fire pit on, watching 6 turkey's fly into the trees to sleep for the night.

Great experience at this beautifully renovated home! We enjoyed our stay, complete with beautiful weather which made the decks incredibly enjoyable, along with the hot tub. The house is perfectly set up for a large group, with plenty of tables indoor + outdoor for dining, speakers throughout the home, a TV with airplay capabilities, a massive kitchen, and more. Tabitha and Simon were easy to communicate with throughout the weekend as needed, and the check in process was seamless. Would highly recommend this home.

Stayed here with a few of my friends and our families. We had 8 adults and 8 kids (3 of which were under 2). This house worked out so perfectly. They had 2 sets of baby gates, pack and plays and high chairs. There were also a ton of kids plates and utensils. Probably had the most baby/kid gear I've seen in a VRBO.

This property is beyond your expectations! Wonderfully outfitted bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Totally modern with finest appliances and tv equipment. The location relative to Deer Valley Ski Resort is very close and the views from the house are spectacular. Lots of amenities for kids of all ages, this home is truly decked out! The hosts are very responsive throughout the booking process and we are hopeful to book this home again in the future!

We had an amazing time at this house. Management was very responsive and accommodating. House is in great condition with tons of fun amenities. Backyard is perfect for playing in the snow and sledding. Location is very convenient to Dear Valley and Park City. Highly recommend!

I and my colleagues rented this home when we came to Park City for Sundance. The description and the photos did not do it justice - it is a beautiful home, and very comfortable for a group of adults staying together. It was a wonderful home base in Park City!

Stayed at this property with my family for 3 nights and 4 days. House was immaculate and looked exactly like the photos. Simon and Tabitha were extremely communicative and checked in frequently to make sure everything was running smoothly. Made memories for a lifetime. Will be back soon!

This is a lovely property. It was very clean and comfortable and obviously well-maintained. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked. Our hosts were very responsive, although we had no significant issues during our 4-week stay. No complaints here! We really enjoyed the house and neighborhood.

We had the best time! The home is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need…even odds and ends like a printer, plastic snack bags, boot heaters and s’mores sticks!! The hosts responded to any questions within minutes!! Highly recommend!!

We will stay here again if we come back to visit. The location was perfect - minutes from town and the base of deer valley ski resort. The house had everything, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, my kids loved the video games and pop a shot, and the hot tub was a fan favorite of all! The space was set up great and they even had baby gear - a high hair, pack n play and gate for stairs. Thanks for sharing your property with our family it was perfect!

The hosts are amazing, the property itself is >5 mins from Deer Valley. The house is enormous, plenty of room. Outdoor area is unbelievable, heated with a TV. Kitchen/Living room are so spacious with a lot of light. Bedrooms were great. Overall 5 stars!!

My family of 5 (grown kids), along with another family of 4 (grown kids) and 2 of our kids friends all stayed at this property for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The space is very open, clean and inviting. A refreshing change from the usual dark, heavy "ski lodge" aesthetic. We were extremely comfortable. The house has everything. The space upstairs worked perfectly for casual "hanging out". And the kids had fun into the night with all the games in the downstairs area. Tabitha was great. Very available and responsive. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. For us, this house was a homerun. Enjoy your trip.

We (8 girlfriends from college days) were extremely happy with this choice for our fall getaway. SO easy to get to from SLC airport, about a 30 min drive. We had plenty of room, enjoyed all the perks this place had to offer and the absolutely luxurious feel of this beautiful home. Everything was spotless. Couldn't believe how comfortable we were on cold nights (20s-30s) with the gas fire pit and restaurant grade overhead large gas patio heaters. Magical to be outside at night with starry skies and a full moon AND be warm and toasty. Hope to come back some day.

We just returned home from a fabulous family vacation in Park City--and a large part of what made it was wonderful was staying at this beautiful home. First of all, Tabitha and Simon are the perfect hosts--responding to our inquiries in a timely manner before our trip and making it very easy to reach them while on vacation. The home looks beautiful in the pictures and in real life it is stunning! There is plenty of room for a family reunion--for children to play and for adults to gather. The kitchen is well appointed and it is set up so that many people can join together to cook and serve. We were able to take advantage of the extra folding table and chairs provided! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very roomy and the walk-in closets provided private “bedrooms” for our grandchildren in pack n’ plays. Speaking of the little ones--the house comes provided with anything you may need for children of all ages. There is a pack n’ play, a high chair, noise machine, baby bath, and more! And I have to add, that just like the rest of the house, all of the baby equipment is in pristine condition! There are plenty of games and toys for children of all ages. The two decks provide plenty of outdoor room for socializing, watching the visiting wildlife, and BBQing. The hosts provide plenty of towels for an army of guests, there is ample parking space, and easy access to the house. The nearby Rock Cliff Nature Center at Jordanelle Reservoir is a designated Dark Sky location...but there is no need to travel there. Just go out to the deck a couple of hours after sunset, relax on the couches, and be amazed at the views of the Milky Way and by the shooting stars that explode across the sky! Bottom line, there are only positive things to say about our stay! Book this house with confidence that you will have a wonderful experience.

The house is a terrific house for anyone looking for a escape from a city for a group. The house was clean, good layout, lots of bathrooms, and multiple communal areas for hanging out. The outside set-up is particularly well done and allows for large groups to hang out together outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. The hosts we quick to respond to one minor issue which was appreciated. Would def recommend!

This home is really nicely remodeled and very comfortable for a group. The house has everything you need and is conveniently located. My favorite part of the house was the outdoor area which is so great to entertain guests/friends. The owners were amazing as well helping us get situated and answering any questions we had. :) You will not regret renting out this beautiful home.

This was a perfect place to have a 4-day getaway for a group of friends. It is ideally located so that the snowboarders can easily access park city while those who enjoy the no snowboarders policy of deer valley can enjoy that mountain. It was very comfortable for hanging out and there was enough space so that when one of us had to work periodically, it was uninterrupted. The house was a perfect size for the 5 of us. Everything was clean and it was well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We did not get to use much of the outdoor amenities due to the fresh snow, but it was beautiful. There were wild turkeys that walked through the grounds daily and it added that little extra fun that turkey watching brings. I highly recommend!

We had 11 adults and children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house had everything we needed from pans to s’more marshmallow holders. The backyard was the highlight huge outdoor tv with overhead heaters to keep us warm with nice comfortable furniture next to a fire pit. We will definitely be coming back.

Location. Beauty. Thoroughness. This house had all you could ever need. The attention to detail carried throughout the overall design to the stocked kitchen cabinets. The beauty is all around you in the house with top notch appliances and stunning bathrooms. Outside of the house, you are surrounded by the views of the mountains. Even in the winter, spending time outdoors was comfortable with massive heat lamps and a hot tub that looks directly on to Deer Valley. The warmth continues in the home with two fireplaces and radiant heated floors. We absolutely love this house and cherish the memories and hope to return soon. Tabitha and Simon were always accessible and massively helpful with any question or need that arose.
