Everything! In fact we didn't get to explore the hotel much including the Starbucks and the cafe at the lobby. There were bakery and convenient stores right at the back so it was super convenient. Kintex was just a breeze 10mins walk. Reception and housekeeping were super helpful and especially the lady who attended to us during check in - no communication issues at all (she spoke very good English). For some reasons our room was hot and thank goodness they were flexible - they offered us a electric fan!

Early check in request. I sincerely hope the hotel would reconsider your current rate of the extra charges for early check in...especially if guests had been travelling from another country via flight and it was from previous night. The practice was not helpful and we had to wait till the exact check in time at 3pm kst. And, check out at 11am kst which is an hour earlier than usual/regular check out time. The Chinese restaurant was good, but service was a little choppy (we went in late lunch, and chinese tea was not left with the teapot at our table). The servers were not visibly seen too.

1) you need to pay 10,000 KRW for the usage of the sauna/public bath 2) hotel does not supply toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit. When asked, they directed me to convenient stores - GS25. Unbelievable! 3) breakfast was so expensive at 42,000 KRW for buffet selection that was just normal and a malfunction coffee machine on that day!!

It was well appointed and the concierge staff was fantastic. Rooms were clean and decent size. Nice foyer and lobby, suited for business meetings.

Bathroom was ok could be better for a hotel of that standard.

1. Need to update interior decor. Looked a little old. 2. I asked the front desk staff (it was a woman) to call me a cab and told her I need to go to Glad Hotel at Gangnam Coex center. She apparently told the cab driver to take me to the Glad hotel in Yeouido. I found out that I was at the wrong Glad hotel when the cab driver was about to drop me off. The cab driver checked the information he received from dispatch and confirmed that the info given by the hotel staff was the wrong Yeouido location. This detour/mistake cost me an EXTRA HOUR on the road and I was late for my dinner appointment. I know we all make mistakes but I told her multiple times that it’s the one at Gangnam coex center so this was very frustrating indeed. They should really reimburse me for the cab fare difference since this was purely their mistake. Overall, I didn’t think this hotel was good value compared to other hotels I experienced in Korea. Maybe they can get away with it since they are in Ilsan and don’t have as much competition like in other places. But I’m going to try my best to not stay in Ilsan.
