The location was great, very close to the University of Nicosia.

We rented this apartment for two weeks at the end of June through early July and was severely dissatisfied. The electricity cut out multiple times, despite being told it was fixed on the first day. An electrician sent by the owner couldn't resolve the issue, leaving us without a working kitchen for nearly the entire trip. We had no functional oven or stove and had to move the microwave to another room to use it. Additionally, there was only one set of keys, requiring us to be present for the electrician’s visits, which took hours over several days. The air conditioning units didn't work at times, and the owner neither advertised this. The door to the cleaning room was faulty and known to the owner, who failed to address it. Despite promises, no one came to fix it. Additionally, we were charged for the door-which subsequently broke-despite the owner promising us they wouldn’t. We declined the request amount. The apartment's general quality was poor: light switches were incorrectly wired, the table was wobbly, chairs were nearly broken, couch arms were damaged, and the broom was broken. The main door couldn’t be closed without locking it, and the shower head was detached from the wall. Many items didn't work or broke easily. Overall, our experience was extremely dissatisfying, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I have already stated to the team that runs the property that has an issue with cockroaches and should be vanished. They offered to clean.

The apartment is spacious and seems to have been renovated a few years ago. The location is bad and unstable for families There is a garage under the house

The host is not pleasant at all. Sounds angry even for no reason. The pictures are not updated. There is mold in the air conditioners The couches were really dirty. There is an opening in the roof that you can reach directly to the door. Unsettled people sit at the entrance to the building. As a family we preferred to immediately help the place
