Location and view from patio

There was no air-conditioning in both bedroom or lounge. On arrival, the villa was not fit for purpose because bedding pillows towels were in adequate. Furniture on both patios were dirty and broken and unsafe to sit on, and there was no side table to put a drink or personal items. Bedroom furniture was broken and required maintenance man to Call to fix it. Barbecue was grimy and greasy. Under the beds was just straight and dirty, and tops of light shades were dirty and greasy. we paid extra for a cleaner plus toiletries and cleaning products and this was not supplied. crockery and glasses in kitchen was in adequate. dealing with the issues detracted from the stay and when brought to the attention of the owner, we were told on two occasions we could find somewhere else if we wanted shrubbery was not maintained, resulting in dead plants only one channel obtainable on TV and on two occasions, maintenance personnel presented in the villa unannounced once in kitchen and once in bedroom

The stairs to basement and top floor so dangerous did not go up Could have done with hand rail on main stairs as nothing on top 3 steeps not suitable for young children Unfortunately ever day we had power cuts some thing in the flat was tripping the switch which was in the basement so had to use torch on mobile and go down very dangerous stairs to turn on again which was annoying the owner did send man in 4 times to see fault he did not find it we gave up and just went up down 2 daily The tv dose not have any english channels first night not working man came took cable box got new one next day but we gave up trying it BIG problem the builders were in 2 other properties drilling non stop every day 8am 5pm so we could not enjoy the lovely view in fact no sleep We spent most days out as could not stand the noise We could have done with instruction on cooker tv etc

The space and quiet location. Within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly welcome.

To get to top floor bedrooms, the staircase was very tight on space, and there was some type of casing narrowing the staircase.

Quiet apartment and hardly anyone else at pool great views

2nd bedroom on first floor not ideal for my teenage boys more adapted for toddlers

Great apartment. spacious. Had everything needed. Great location. Superb views. Quiet but only minutes walk to Los Cristianos. Great pool. Never busy. Owners could not be more helpful.

Nothing really. Previously reported spiral staircase to the top floor not easy to to negotiate if mobility issues or young children. However, I'm a fit 70 year old and managed OK.

The location is great! The apartment is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It has a nice terrace with beautiful sea view. Climbing the hill next to the apartment is a nice hike and offers great views over Los Cristianos.

The stairs to the top floor are very small and quite dangerous. We were only with 4 adults which was okay, but with 8 adults the apartment would have been too small. Communications about check-in were not that clear. We shared our arrival details 4 times, but kept on receiving messages to share the same information and the agency could not be reached by phone.
