The property is well maintained from outside & has good eateries, pubs, near to the location. Ideal location for people who are arriving & boarding from SMVT...

The housekeeping of the hotel was average. Bedsheets were not changed & dirty. Even had to request for towels. The TV was not working properly. Now coming to the main issue this property is operated under OYO but to my surprise the property manager demanded an extra four hundred for the room & when they complained to OYO they were helpless in sorting out the issue & finally had to pay extra charges. The property manager didn't issue receipt for the payment. I would like to suggest all to avoid booking OYO properties for their stay as they don't have any control on the properties operated under them...

After booking well in advance also I was denied entry. They asked to pay extra 600 rupees for the room. This is the 3rd out of 3rd booking experience with Oyo hotels and that was my last with them. Thanks for the worst ever experience of my life 3 times.
