Alles war Top! Modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Schnelles WLAN ist auch vorhanden. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Gute Anbindung nach Landshut und zum Flughafen München.

Una vez más, todo perfecto. El apartamento muy bien aislado en unos días de mucho frío. Todo muy cómodo y el lugar muy agradable.
Echamos de menos disponer de facilidades (una pala para el hielo, arena ó sal, etc) para afrontar el frío en el parking. Varios de los días había una enorme capa de hielo en el parking y varios de los coches no podíamos salir. Tuvimos que buscar una pala en los vecinos, y el establecimiento debería disponer de medios para solventar una situación fácilmente solucionable pero que puede ser un inconveniente grave.

This cozy little apartment was a great stay in a small town in Bavaria. Lovely amenities and very secure, with free parking on-site. Had a lovely stay and lots of space.

Flat is new, all is new inside and outside. Hot water,dishes, lots of different lights, fridge, kitchen, towels,soap, hot floors
Synthetic bed linen, dust under furniture,smoking nabours (smoke goes inside the room), room was very small for 3 persons,but for 1 night it is wonderful. It is strange, but there were no suitable cups for coffeemaker.

Only thing we had issue with were the bed sheets. They cause a lot of static electricity. 😬

Great facilities for checkin and checkout. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. I'll be back for sure.
It was de second time I was there.
The only drawback: The main door does not close well and there is a draft that generates an uncomfortable noise.

Nice, cozy and clean apartment. Very good communication with owner. Simple check-in with a code to open the door instead the key, so arrival can be at any time.

Easy to get the key, nicely furnished apartment, quiet location, comfortable bed, very good wifi, free parking.
Unfortunately the bakery across the street was on holiday. :-)

Penthouse apartment nicely equiped. All is there what you need for a short stay. Check-in & check-out is by electronic key-fobb (easy).
Specifice this apartment at the side of the building receives a lot of road noise from early in the morning (06:00 hours) because the building is next to busy road. Other apartments probably less affected.

Very nice, new and well equipped Apartment in a quiet area. Bonus for a big balcony area! (would have been nice to sit there in Summer/Spring). I think it is very well suitable for a short-term living :)
Internet wasn't working properly during the night we stayed there, also there was no signal for Mobile in the room. It is also best to come here with car. The Supermarket is not anywhere nearby so we had to be prepared.

The building is modern, clean and newer construction. Nice high-end appliances. Excellent washer - but a dryer would have been appreciated. Very quiet location and after 8 PM (20:00) everyone closes their shutters and are silent.
It would be nice to have a dryer with the washer. The buildings main door slams VERY hard and loud, this should be easily solved with some insulation so it does not bang each time the door is closed.

A modern and comfortable apartment equipped with everything necessary. Very high-quality equipment. Big balcony. Parking practically in front of the door. Easy check-out. Overall worth recommending.
I got the check-in instructions upon arrival after calling the owner, although I would prefer to get it before my arrival.

I was staying here for work trip and was feeling like on holiday. Apartment is modern and equipped with everything what I needed and everything is just on hand. Part of the apartment is a terrace and I really enjoyed the view at the sunrise in this quiet area, but depends on what direction will be yours apartment situated. The owner is very willing. I definitely recommend this place.
