Nos encantó, todo perfecto, necesitabamos un alojamiento por la zona para pasar las Navidades y todo fue perfecto, tranquilo, con zona para aparcar con facilidad y muy cómodo para ir caminando hasta la zona centro o la zona de vinos de Ourense

Comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Nice student area about 20 minutes walk from the centre, affordable bars and restaurants nearby.

We had some problems with finding the place, location on booking seems a bit off. The place is filled withcurtains, decorative pillows and other decorative stuff - generally feels OK, like visiting an old auntie, but beware if you're allergic to dust.

Location, tidyness, check-in, price, complete set of utensils and appliances. Nice beds and linens. Elevator.

Minor issues with hot water, small capacity. Few missing details for short stays, like no salt, sugar, oil or others that anyone may need for quick cooking.

Location was good

There was suppose to be two twin beds . It was a twin bed with a pull out underneath. The room was very tiny. The beds did not have proper pillows. It was very hot when we took our trip and there was an accurate way to keep the place cool. Counter space to cook to small. Small sitting area. The apartment was just tiny. So if you are going there with more than three adults you will be cramped. Then we had a problem with the sink leaking. And the elevator broke. They wanted us to stay at the apartment while the plumber can to fix the sink but that would mean we miss a day of our vacation waiting for the plumber.
