a great house with a perfect pool in an excellent location on an amazing island. the option to walk places contrasts sharply with the obligatory car requirements of Orlando AMI is also much much quieter which plenty of good ( not excellent) eating options.

Maybe because of the standard and location of the property, some details need more attention to make sure the premium costs are justified, in no particular order:- Main Lounge TV not working ( and it felt like it had not just occurred) Wi-fi intermittent maybe linked to TV issues ( no coverage in Information Folder, see below) Basement facilities need a refresh. No table tennis table, no functioning pool cues, only one light working. Could be an amazing space not a relic to a former child friendly age! plug not working in left bathroom. Lock and Key super complicated with no instructions. Balcony doors mosquito shields not fitted instead in basement stored I assume where the table tennis table used to be! Not a lot of expense required just somebody really caring about the guests experience. Information Folder needs a complete overall, it is not up to modern standards, little empathy with needs of guests. Details of Florida Fish varieties! not really essential, little current local info, for e.g. tennis court and gym 100 yards away, no details of very useful beach chairs and umbrella in basement ( however no beach trolley to take to beach which would have been super helpful), no explanation of recycling bin options. No instructions re complicated cooker. No details of how to get hot water. insufficient TV details. No details of how BBQ works. No details of how complicated lights and fans options which are complicated and we are on holiday! More effort required to see this excellent accommodation achieve its true potential.

Only 1 TV in the house would connect ( LR) Spent a lot of time trying to get bedroom TV to work. Chair in living room corner has broken leg and is a danger. Several chairs by pool broken.

location of this house is precisely where we want to be. This neighborhood is a respite from all the hustle and bustle of the rest of the island. We also enjoyed the heated pool and the privacy of the driveway.

There’s no way to unlock the doors using the entry codes. We would have preferred using an entry code to the one key. The management tried to provide numerous codes but none worked. In order to keep from losing the key, we just kept it in the lockbox when we were out and about. The house, location, and amenities were perfect for us.

The pool was at a perfect temperature and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of seating. The deck in the back had a drying rack to air dry clothing. The washing machine was a plus! The location was extremely close to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked. The driveway is somewhat hidden from the Main Street. It was steps away from tons of restaurants. The property was quiet. The landscape is very tasteful and aesthetically pleasing. They have a full grow. mango tree on the property.

There is a rotten table on the back deck. One chair at the dining room table has a broken leg. (We took a video and sent it to the property managers). Even with these two things, this place was absolutely perfect!!
