In the middle of nowhere. Nice place for nature lovers. Chilly. Sauna ( fee) . Staff os very gentle and helpful. Calm place l good to relax.

IT is an eco lodge. With biotoiletts. No W.C. stinking. IT is basically a youth hostel. Uncinfortable beds. Sheets and towels have to be rent ( extra fee) . From the boat bridge you need to walk about a 1lm to the camp. With trolleys the path is really difficult, especially when it's raining. Need to be well prepared with your food. Except the expensive, but good hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday evening.

The place is fabulous, everyone is arranging and nice, equipement just as described.

I wish the bed were a bit more comfy. Mattresses is the small cabins are slim

stench of toilets all over the area was really disturbing, not to mention visiting the toilets; no possibility to boil water for your tea neither in the hut nor in any common kitchen around. Likewise, no access to frige.

We love Grinda! We are coming back 1-2 times per year. Cottages are lovely, quite clean and you have everything you need for cooking. No running water and you need to take your own sleeping bags/bedsheets but hey, that's what it is about :) Nice walks in the forest/seaside, calm and beautiful views.

The island itself is beautiful but I'd suggest a day trip and bring your own food instead of staying overnight.

Staff not helpful, in fact, sarcastic and patronising. The stuga was very old and tired as were the separate toilet and shower facilities. The only place to eat was Grinda Wårdshus and the service was terrible and the food was expensive. We were supposed to stay overnight. We arrived at 11:30 and left the same day at 16:20 to stay overnight elsewhere.

Cozy cabin on a nice island. Beds were pretty comfy and location was great. Great value. You can rent the sauna which was really nice!! Communication with the owner was really good, she is very kind.

We liked everything very much. Just a heads up.. The outdoor bathrooms are really stinky.
