Location is very convenient. The room was really spacious. I was lucky to get the room with windows facing a yard, not the road. If you need it to be quiet ask for this room as the road is very busy but the yard is calm. I guess in the past this room could have been really beautiful and stylish also. The breakfast - when available - was very good for Italian B&B, even with freshly fried eggs and some cold cuts but also with homemade sweets.

Unfortunately once obviously stylish room now needs urgent renovation, especially in the shower with black mold and at the kitchenette that smells badly and looks very "tired". I stayed here at the end of September and there were loads of mosquitos that could be easily held out with anti-mosquito net at the windows but there wasn't any. Breakfast was not always served as promised: it was announced from 8 to 10 o'clock in the morning but on Sunday they only started preparations at about 8:30 which left me without breakfast (no notification about this change of schedule was given). The price was not too high though, so for this price it's ok as a place to stay for a few days.

The sweet Italian breakfast with homemade cakes, the room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed and 2 little water bottles were preparered in the room.

Impossible to sleep with the open window because of the noisy street.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice--especially the coffee. The location was perfect for my needs as it was close to a lovely beach and the central downtown area. Bikes were available if I wanted. I was very pleased with my stay.

The hotel have a great location, I arrived close to midi-night and the staff walk with me to a restaurant near by which was great too. I really apreciate that, it was really kind of her. The room was really clean, cosy, there was bottle of water for free. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. I really recommend this hotel. Before left the lady at the reception gave me a delicious Jam to take home. Excellent value for money!
