Lots of room great location just minutes from the airport train & walking distance to everything. Washing machine & dishwasher was great Good view of the port Mehdi gave great instructions & answered any issues

Il a fallu appeler plusieurs fois le propriétaire qui n'a pas répondu, aller voir une perau commerce d'à côté qui nous a gentiment aidé et au bout d'une demi heure nous avons pu voir quelqu'un et déposer nos bagages. Le logement est très très bruyant, il y a de gros travaux juste en dessous, bruit de marteau piqueur. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette et les toilettes étaient peu propres.

Great location near several points of interest in the city and good eating locations. Host was friendly, very responsive and helpful. Apartment was immpecably clean and well-maintained.

Kitchen was missing a few basic spices (namely sugar), but our stay was for only one night and this did not affect our stay significantly.

The apartments provided by Mehdi is neat and clean and have all necessary amenities also the host Mehdi were very helpful during check in and checkout procedures as he made sure everything went smoothly

The apartment itself is serviceable, nice, clean, and comfortable. Clean, modern.

You may want to know more about the area when booking. It is next door to a 5-star Accor hotel (with free wifi in the lobby, which may be important when checking in), as well as another 5-star hotel under construction (another couple of years of that work to go...). The entry is on the back side of the building indicated by the owner, where the construction workers congregate on breaks. Nothing wrong with that, it just isn't indicated in the information about the apartment. It's a bit hectic, a bit noisy, a bit messy, there aren't clear sidewalks to get to the apartment building. The building is definitely older. One of the three elevators was working when we stayed. Well, except when it kept getting stuck between floors zero and one. There is salt and pepper in the kitchen, and a few stray tea bags from previous stays. Use caution in the shower, with a slick black marble flooring on a rather steep angle; if you have balance issues and like showering, this may present an unreasonable risk to you. It was indeed indicated that we could check in prior to regular check-in time of 1400, if no guest was there the previous night. Months in advance, we asked this. We had not heard back that we could not check in at our requested 1100 when the train from Marrakech arrived, so showed up. After using the free wifi at the hotel next door and having the building doorman find the owner on his personal cell, we were advised to come at 1400 as there was indeed an earlier tenant. Reasonably fair, and the doorman safely locked our bags in a closet while we wandered the medina for food and to kill three hours, but the communication for check-in was lacking. Super happy about the washing machine, and the clothes-drying rack. Oh, and Squala is the only good restaurant in the area. The medina can be slightly sketchy compared to souks in some other cities. Definitely try Squala.
