La vue du balcon est exceptionnelle, de quoi vous permettre d’en garder plein les yeux pour les futures longues journées pluvieuse de métropole

En dehors de l’emplacement tout y est réuni pour passer un séjour agréable , calme et tranquille. La gentillesse et l’attention de Natalia, la gestionnaire de cet établissement, rendent ce séjour encore plus agréable . Disponible , a l’écoute elle vous guide , vous conseille et n’hésitera pas à vous faire partager son expérience de la Gwada

Accueil parfait par Natalia avant, pendant et après le séjour. Personne vraiment aux petits soins pour vous permettre de passer un agréable séjour. Je remercie vivement Natalia. Je recommande tout particulièrement cet hébergement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, le lagon et l'îlot du Gosier. Fantastique !

J'avais énormément de bagages et malheureusement il y avait quelques marches pour accéder à mon logement; Heureusement j'étais au 1er étage. Il serait souhaitable dans la description d'indiquer qu'il y a des escaliers, sans ascenseur comme bien souvent en Guadeloupe ... C'est le seul petit bémol de ce séjour.

Bruyant sur la route mais on y peut rien.

La vue sur l'îlet. Appartement spacieux.

Gros point faible : - pas de lave linge (la laverie revient à très cher. - pas de place de parking - salle d'eau petite et très vétuste - obliger de remettre en place le joint du lave vaisselle à chaque utilisation. - mauvaise connexion télé

Même si le mobilier était un peu daté, l’appartement est très bien placé et l’accueil très agréable.

Le parking d’une voiture aurait était parfait.

The manageress of the property was absolutely lovely. The room was fine and the bed comfortable with good air-conditioning. Nice view from the balcony across to the little island and the bay. Plenty of room to store luggage.

Unfortunately, despite the warm welcome and the sweet room, we only stayed one night as the area around the property is not safe in the evening. The road is generally very dark, the pavements are broken and it’s better to walk in the road, which would be ok if it wasn’t such a busy street - or it was when we arrived in the early evening. We had been in Guadeloupe for a couple of weeks by the time we arrived in Le Gosier and it was the only town - or area that felt menacing. As it turned out, we were right on our instincts as we were attacked by 2 youths on our way back from a snacky dinner at about 9pm (so not late!) One grabbed my necklace and broke it, luckily, I managed to keep hold of it and we thought that was that as he ran off, but moments later he ran back and sprayed my husband in the face with mace (pepper spray). Then he ran again, spraying the mace as he ran so that we both were affected. Weirdly, that very busy street was silent at that time, and then, once he ran off, it was as busy as it was before. We reported it to the police with the help of the wonderful manageress of the property, so we really hope they are caught. As one of the pleasures is to go out in the evening for dinner and explore, we moved away the following day as we were very uncomfortable with the thought of going out in that area after dark. Plus it was the final few days of our lovely holiday and we didn’t want this experience to be the last thing we remembered of it. It is a real shame that at the time of writing this, we were not compensated at all by the property or Booking, but we preferred to feel safe than stay in that area. I’d love to be able to make an amendment to this last statement.
