This property is outstanding value for money. The price was excellent and it's a very short walk to a well stocked supermarket. Carolina the host was lovely and really helpful.
No air conditioning but this did not detract from an excellent stay.

Beautiful property and spotlessly clean. Well equipped with lovely private south facing gardens and located in a quiet residential area. There are two supermarkets within walking distance, the marina is just under 1 mile and the nearest beach is around 2 miles walk. All accessible via nice promenade. Playa Papagayo is also within walking distance, and as long as you’re willing to cross rockier/hillier terrain, it is so worth it, as it’s quieter, more spacious and less commercial. Carolina, the host was very accommodating and responded to messages promptly (thank you Carolina!)

The layout of the property is ideal for me and my family.
There is a downstairs bedroom, perfect for my sister who has mobility issues.
The location is perfect, supermarket is nearby.
Near bus stop.
There are a few minor maintenance jobs that need doing. The patio door is very difficult to open

Komunikace s ubytovatelem přes WhatsApp, klidná lokalita, obchod v blízkosti, venkovní bazén, 3 samostatné ložnice, vybavená kuchyně, velký obývací prostor. Cestovali jsme s 3 dcerami a ročním vnukem, v ubytování bylo vše, co jsme potřebovali.
Nenajdu nic, co by stálo za kritiku. Vše bylo ok.

Velmi skvělé umístění, kousek od dětského hřiště, 2 obchodů. Ubytování krásné čisté a klidné. Komunikace s majiteli byla výborná. Určitě doporučujeme jak s rodinou tak s partou přátel.

Leuke, ruime woning met voldoende voorzieningen en comfort voor 6 personen. Netjes onderhouden en proper bij aankomst. Zwembad kreeg een onderhoudsbeurt halfweg ons verblijf.
Soepele afspraken voor in en uitchecken. Host vlot bereikbaar bij vragen.
In één slaapkamer weinig kast en een bed dat onder het andere schuift. Ok voor de kids, voor een volwassene een uitdaging.
Geen handleiding bij de tv, was handig geweest.
Jammer dat de buren bij aankomst gelijk hun dak gingen afspuiten, waardoor de rommel allemaal in ons pas gereinigde zwembad vloog....

it was lovely and clean, excellent location.
no kettle! light fitting hanging from ceiling in bedroom, cracked tiles on floor interior and exterior. front door can’t be opened from outside without the key. we actually got locked out one evening after the others went to bed and we sat in the garden. bathroom doors can be difficult to unlock, leaving my grandson being locked in. tv all in Spanish and no idea how to use Movistar box as no instructions. pool was not cleaned at all during the week. we could not use it the last few days due to all the dirt in it

The property was excellent value; actually felt a bit wary booking as seemed a bit too good to be true compared to the price of some, but it was exactly as other positive reviews have said. Great size, very clean and well-equipped, in a quiet area but 2 mins from a supermarket and just a little further to bars and restaurants. Host was really good with communication.
Air con would have been perfect, and though shutters on windows were ok the bedrooms still let a fair amount of light in early. That’s nitpicking though really, as overall the property was excellent.

we have been to Playa Blanca 8 times now, staying in a different villa each time - this was by far the best equipped and best one. location is a little far out, but as you have grocery shops and beach very near by - it makes up for it.
