Security and the lack of courteous behaviour especially in the onsen areas, bad experience in that you had certain tourist(s) that have yet to learn the etiquette of using such an area (a really bad experience was first day, entered the onsen, a certain tourist (chinese - mandarin), speaking loudly on his phone, taking a VIDEO while in the actual onsen pool area (male) when i entered (i noticed a few japanese men leaving as i entered with a disgruntled\annoyed\angry looks - it didn't twigged my brain until i noticed the offender doing the above) - i left immediately and complained to management downstairs - i don't know the outcome but couldn't be bothered going back again to the next day to the private onsens, which looked lovely but upon entering, due to heavy usage i suppose (as well as lack of etiquitte once again), smelt of urine. Recommend that staff\hotel management, put up BIG PICTORIAL SIGNS with the dos and don'ts of ONSEN usage and ENFORCE it strictly. I absolutely hate stero-typing behaviours of certain groups of overseas tourists, even if they are in a minority (and i am an asian born btw), but god, i just wish certain people had self awareness as well as pride

We enjoyed our stay at LA Vista Furano! The hotel location was great, close to the station and restaurants nearby. We had a car, car parking was close by. It was a convenient location to go skiing as well. The hot springs were fantastic, it would be better if we could book the private ones though. We had a twin room on a higher floor, a good size for 2 of us.

We stayed here 1 night in November 2023 that was not the peak season in Furano. We can book the free private onsen easily. Lot of hotel free facilites includes lesisure room with massage chair, coffee, soft drink, ice-cream, and ramen supper were a bonus especially in the winter time. Located near the Furano station and restaurants. Staffs were very polite and professional with detail explanation with everything. Onsite free parking as well.

施設もキレイで、スタッフの対応も良かったです。夜中のラーメンのサービスも斬新でした。フロントにあった飲み物のサービスも良かった。11時のチェックアウトだったのでゆっくり出来ました。

天気が良くなかったので、山が見えなかったのが残念でした。

貸し切りふろは少し寒かった ぬるいなと思ったらさらにぬるいお湯が出て来て慌てあがった

お風呂からのロケーションが最高でした。 曇ってしまわなければ、さらに最高でした。

美味しいものも多く、地元の物もあり美味しかったです。 刺身の種類と鮮度がもう少し、でした。

Modern and clean. Big windows with great view. Nice hot springs. Free ice cream after hot spring! We enjoyed this hotel! Oh and breakfast was great too!

But confused how to use private bath… Couldn’t use it.

Breakfast is so great. So much variety and it tastes very good. Well worth the money. For dining options, there are many restaurants in the area to choose from. The location is also great.

For clealiness, I noticed some dust under the TV set which is annoying but it's only minor detail. Room size is quite small, if you have more than 2 luggages, it will become a problem.

Excellent facilities, great location, free ice cream/yakult/ramen, free washing machine!

Very nice and new Dormy Inn. Nice onsens (huge private onsens available but cannot reserve), lots of freebies (nightly ramen, ice cream, coffee/juice). Rooms are on the small side but standard for Japan. Very clean. Very conveniently located.

They have multiple parking lots but they fill up quickly so may need to walk 5mins (or request their shuttle). As noted, rooms are on the small side but fine overall.
