The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and good, the staff very helpful. The facilities are very clean and the room was quiet and the a/c was great and put us right to sleep .
A little pricey, not too overpriced, but I felt the $75 pet fee was way too high.

We stayed in a accessible room. which was not a bad room except for the fact that there were amenities that were there to help disability people and they in the way rather than helpful.

the elevators took way to long . the noise from the fan were horrible and kept me up all night . staff did not care

Hotel staff, particularly Jason who is one of the managers, he is very rude and hateful. When I arrived to the hotel I had to wait around 15 minutes before anyone came up to the counter to check me in. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. They gave me nothing but trouble.
