Room had everything I needed - the fridge, air-conditioning, fan, towels and it was really bright and clean. Very nice garden, hamacs, dryer for your clothes. There was really quite and close to attractions, the stuff was nice and they have coffee and safe parking for motorbikes.

The air condition could be faster/better but this day was very hot so maybe that's why it spent some time to make room colder.

it was clean, quiet, idyllic and homey. the owner Lien is very accommodating, helpful and kind. the family lives on site and someone is always available. The room is spacious and clean. they offer a laundry service and the clothes smell great and feel clean. Location is perfect, right opposite to a strip of beach where you can swim. Bars and restaurant are a 5 minute bicycle ride. a plus: great coffee bean coffee!

The place is excellent value for money! Advantages: + nice tidy room + very helpful and always willing to help owners/staff + owner's family comes to the yard to have dinner. It provides an opportunity to interact with the locals

Disadvantages: - place somehow attracts too many Russian downshifters (though, they are not loud, but still Russians) - owner's family comes to the yard to have dinner and celebrations. It can be loud and accompanied by karaoke (that is over by 9-10 pm)

The place was great! Such a relief after noisy and dirty Saigon. Great, helpful staff who answered all the questions. Exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast. Great value for money. I wish you all the best and good luck with your business!

The staff is very nice and friendly, the location is great, the interior garden is cool. The price is fair.

The room was not ready when we reached. The bed sheets were changed in front of us. The rest had not been cleaned.

It is quit and relaxing

The beach near by is very dirty. To get to somewhat better beaches they are about 20 minutes away you need to take the red bus. Actually most all of Vietnam beaches are dirty.
