The room needed a hot plate or kettle and a microwave and a mini refrigerato Also the wifi was unreliable and it was disappointing

Very clean, good location (not far from ferry port and airport), nice staff, decent breakfast, nice shower, comfortable room.

There was a discrepancy when I was paying at the hotel. They wanted to charge me an additional fee for breakfast however, this was already included in my final quote on booking.com. The issue was resolved and I was refunded the following day.

Original room in main building, near reception, was like being in a tiny, dark, windowless cocoon or a freshman dormitory room. After one night of claustrophobia, I upgraded to the Yucca building. The property is still under construction; entrances were barracaded, bare insulation covered door openings in places. But the worse was yet to come. I climbed into bed with my wife at 10 pm and the bed collapsed. We are both normal weight. One of the legs under my half of the bed simply broke off. I slept in a cockeyed bed all night and photographed the damage in the morning. When I reported it to reception, they had an indifferent attitude. Nobody was sent to fix the bed until almost 12 hours later. The room was nearl unusable until then, because the bed was right in the middle. We were not offered another room, although almost no guests were in this large building. I demanded a partial refund for my stay, which was not responded to.

Check in was easy. Location was handy. Clean place. Good for one or two nights as a place to sleep and explore the area. Wifi worked in the room. Not fast but enough to check things like flights and so on.

No fridge in the room. Parking is limited. We did get one but if you leave, you lose it as there isn't enough for all guests. No access to the beach from this hotel. But you can get through the hotel next door. And the public beach is great. Still with staying here for the money.

excellent staff, clean and very functional rooms. The wi-fi needs improvement. An elevator has been installed but is not yet in service. For people with a big suitcase, that would be a huge improve;ent.

The room and bathroom were great. Small and compact but neat and clean. The hotel was located close to the beach.

I am thoroughly disappointed on the Wifi and thats the reason why the poor score from my side. The lady at the reception was very nice but unfortunately she could not help me with the Wifi. The network did not reach the room and every time i wanted to use my computer or my mobile for Wifi i would have to come to the reception area for it to work, extremely inconvenient. I also wish there are more options for breakfast for vegetarians. And for everyone's information, FISH IS NOT VEGETARIAN.

The problem with the wifi, the connection was not to good for me. Stayed in room113 and did not get a good connection, not sure if its was just for the night because we were only there for a night.

The room was not equipped with refrigerator which I found quite incomfortable et there was no place for parking when I had arrived late in the evening, There are no dedicated parking places and there aren"t enough place at all,
