The toilet seat in the bathroom cannot cover the toilet, The shower head in the bathroom has good water pressure but not enough water.

The hotel rooms

Property vey nice, nice grounds. The sun beds are really tightly packed in so pick wisely. Room comfortable and clean. Large balcony, not all rooms had balcony’s. Good small gym but does the job. Very easy to get taxis from reception. Breakfast very good and plenty of choice.

The sun beds are really tightly packed in so pick wisely. You were right up to the next person. They also got funny if you moved them in to the sun. The outside bar next to the Italian staff were rude and dismissive to the women. Also some of the younger men on reception. Otherwise all other staff lovely and polite.

Generally ok

Poor for a vegan or a gluten free diet. No shower facilities on the day of travel after spending the day by the pool.

L'hôtel et magnifique le personnel très accueillant, le buffet du petit-déjeuner et super complet il ne manque rien ! la piscine le jardin et exceptionnel ! Je recommande et nous reviendrons.

Le petit déjeuner qui se finissait assez tôt donc en une semaine nous n’avons mangés que 2 fois au buffet du matin!

Piscine chauffée, très bon équipement et service irréprochable. Petit déjeuner au top, grand merci à Mr Abdeladdi le responsable de la piscine et son équipe chaleureux dont mes amis Youssef, Mohammed et Rachid le pisciniste qui nous offre une piscine très très propre Merci Mr Mahfoud ainsi qu'à tout le personnel de la réception disponible à tout instant. The location of the hotel is very good, quite central and a walking distance from restaurants and shopping malls. The facilities are satisfactory. The outdoor heated pool is a bonus.

The hotel reception staff is very unprofessional. At check in 3 people at reception couldn't find our reservation and it took us 30 minutes to check in from the moment we got to the desk. We had made two reservations on consecutive days and this totally confused the reception staff. An honorable mention to reception employee Hanae who somewhat sorted things out. The reception staff further informed us that dinner would be served at the hotel's main restaurant and kept telling us that it would open later and later only for the restaurant staff to inform us that it would not open at all. The food at the hotel's Italian restaurant is completely unsatisfactory.

Finally employee Hanae managed to proceed with our check in. The reception staff misinformed us that dinner would be served at the hotel's main restaurant and when the restaurant wouldn't open kept telling us that it would open later and later only for the restaurant staff to finally inform us that it would not open at all. The food at the hotel's Italian restaurant is completely unsatisfactory.

Pretty much everything. The pool area is top notch with a cold and warm pool. I was swimming every morning at 8am and the breakfast choice was fantastic.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps the room decor was a little corporate but the bathrooms were luxury so no real gripe.

Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Marrakech les quartiers Hivernage et Gueliz sont vraiment très vivant, l’hôtel est donc situé au cœur de tout. Et très proche de la Médina en taxi. Comparé aux autres 5* aux alentours le prix est imbattable, en revanche la qualité est aussi moindre

The resto is clean and spacious , loads of choices of breakfast and we're fully satisfied with the taste. All we wanted for breakfast are available.

We didn't really used the pool , we planned to and excited to used it but they're only open until 6pm. It's better if they could extend the time as us tourist we also need to explore the tourist spot during the day and nice to used the pool after our day tour .

Ni kuhalo, vrata se nisu mogla zatvoriti i osjećali smo se nesigurno. Nije bilo grijanja. * od tri bazena samo jedan je bio za korištenje, ali jako hladan. Ne griju * krevet jako neudoban za hotel sa 5*

All that you expect from such a hotel The Italian restaurant in the hotel was really good. The breakfast was excellent. The staff everywhere were very nice.

Staff very rude and not helpful don’t answer the phone and brought me raw chicken as a meal which I could have got salmonella from … pricy hotel which is pretty basic and definitely not a 5 star.

The location was great.

The receptionist who checked us in was incredibly rude. I initially booked a single room as I was going to travel by myself. A friend of mine decided to join me so I contacted the hotel and they confirmed that the room can be changed to a double room for extra 17.50euro per night. When we arrived the receptionist wanted to change us extra 75euro per night and said that this is the policy. I showed him the email correspondence and he rolled his eyes and said ok which was very mean. We then asked to speak to the manager and he laughed at our faces and in a very mean manner said that there is no manager. We asked when the manager will be in and he said that he doesn’t know. We asked if the manager will be in on Monday and he said he doesn’t know and walked away which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel- really disappointing and offensive! The swimming pool water was cold, this was not mentioned in the description of the hotel. The hair dryer didn’t work and when we called for one they said that it should be working and did nothing about it. Jamal from concierge was the only nice person in the hotel.

Nothing the shower smelt of sewage

Shower smelt of sewage was no shampoo and never helped when I called asked for a iron 4 times. On checkout I complained and the lady on the counter laughed and said bye bye. Seriously the worst hotel I have ever stayed at
