Всичко! За втори път отсядаме в този хотел и няма да е за последен! Изключителна чистота, топъл, дори горещ басейн, можахме да пътуваме с кученцето ни, което беше страхотно, мил и отзивчив персонал, просторни стаи. Фантастичен хотел!

Nothing
Old facilities. Dirty pool. Only finish sauna is working. Steam bath and infrared sauna doesn't function at whole. Nobody on the SPA reception to ask about anything. People on the reception also are not very professional. The breakfast is poor and with cheap products.

The hotel was great, indoor pools were clean and the food was great! Very friendly staff… at times a bit too much.
The gym had a mismatch between the size of the weights and the size of the bar but it was manageable.

Some plumbing work should be done. Some of the the showers were leaking all over and were useless. The maintenance man should have done a better job.

nice location with views of the mountains, quiet, clean air, really funny kitens.
buffet breakfast with a good choice, meals in the resturant were very good and not expensive.
indoor swimming pool really warm verging on hot, outdoor hot tub was my favorite place.

Very good breakfast with quality products! The best old oak forest i have visited is only 4 km away!!!
Small spa zone in winter! In winter the only open basin is inside and is hot 35 degrees . It is suitable for relax and is not very big so you have to visit it early or late in the evening!!!

Clean rooms, good SPA, garden outside is nice.
Pools are with warm water, like 33+ degrees C.
Breakfast is fine.
Restaurant - tragic. If there are like 10 tables used, then be prepared to wait for meal like ~2 hours, that if they don't forgot about it. Kitchen is awfully slow, the waiters are polite but clearly not enough. You cannot expect 1 cook and 2 waiters to be able to serve 100 customers. Waiting for drinks 35 minutes, bar should be fast.
Outside pool bar .. avoid at all costs, big menu and i asked will there be sandwiches and fried fish answer was "maybe french fries at lunch time".

The outdoor pools didn't work , even in site is written they work from May to October.
The price for quality is better in therma hotel
