Did not refund the damage deposit

Very bad service,emergency agent cannot answer the call.Poor service and regret myself booking this apartment,book diff unit get diff one

My deposit didn't refund, call & wasap not reply after check out. Also need to pay the parking fee for 3 days 2 night.

The worst homestay that i stayed was at Galaxy home at Sri Sayang Apartment. I will never ever recomend anyone to book a stay here. Worst service ever. Terrible facilities. The owner really not helpful at all. My worst experience stayed here. The aircond is not working, water heater is not working, no wifi, broken furnitures, fridge is not working, android box not working, no free car park. In the advertisement, was mentioned free car park, but it was charged rm10 per night. The owner is not responding to my call and msg, but keep asking about security deposit to be bank in. I did call and message the owner so many times, but he did not reply any of my msg and did not answer my call at all. Until i check out , and called him almost 58 times for my security deposit, he still did not reply my message and didnt answer my call ,even did not refund me my security deposit. He just never bother my messages. Most of the furniture are all not well maintained, and broken. Besidea that electrical appliciance also mostly not working like aircond, heater, fridge not working at all. Seriously wasted my rm350 staying at this worst homestay.

Beach view is okay.

Please upgrade & improve the facilities in apartments.

Only the location is nice, but we should had booked with another different owner

Overall a very dispointing stay.Owner is difficult to get to. The service was bad. I had to call up the owner the same day of check in to confirm with him my booking. Upon check in we found out that towel, soap and water heater not working. They could only replenish the soap and towels. Already 2 days after check out and I still cannot get any response from owner on my Rm200 deposit. I will strongly ban this vendor and discourage future booking with them.

the location is good and nice for relaxing only …

The rooms and the toilets are very dirty and smelly.. The kitchen is not clean and hygiene to cook something to eat …

The house was dirty and the tab water came out with gold colour.the owner didn’t pick up my call for over 30x times honestly

The balcony had a nice view and the shower was good.

The apartment was disappointing. the floor was sticky, The refrigerator was smelly (not usable at all). One of the blanket was torn. One of the room air-con stopped. 6 of us had to cramp into 2 bedroom only. we were more out than in.
