Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce logement qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Une chambre pour 4 adultes. Très bien. La cuisine top, l'eau à disposition et le petit déjeuner compris, bananes, confitures, pain de mie, café et thé... Rien à reprocher. Merci beaucoup à Arzu, notre hôte, attentive et accueillante qui parle français. Si je retourne à Miami, je réserve sans hésiter à nouveau ++++

Great, friendly atmosphere, nice decor. Felt like home in the best possible sense. Communication with owner was perfect and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back.

The flat is super located. Its just a catjump to the sea and the Ocean drive. But its not hectic in the Street. The room i had was also very quite. I liked that. The kitchen is good for breakfast and inbetween. Azra was a lovely host. She helped me with Shops and activitys. Also when something came up we found a solution. Its a perfect stay for some lovely days in Miami Beach.

Our host Arzu was great - really friendly, attentive and helpful. Great breakfast facilities offered too - we had cereal/toast/yoghurt and fruit each morning which was a great start to the day. Property consists of several rooms with a homely lounge area, kitchen and two dining areas. Very secure and fantastic location - literally 5 minutes walk from Ocean Drive. Miami is expensive and this was good value for money compared to other alternatives. Good little shops nearby for coffee/little supermarket.

Die Außenwerbung war katastrophal. Die Unterkunft war äußerst schwer zu finden und hat mich ein halbes Vermögen für den Taxifahrer gekostet

L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Miami beach. Arzu est adorable et d’une grande hospitalité. Elle nous a très gentiment permis d’arriver après l’heure prévue car notre avion atterrissait tard. La chambre était propre et confortable. L’espace commun est agréable. On a la cuisine à disposition ce qui est pratique si on veut se faire à manger. Arzu met également à disposition de tout le monde des fruits, du pain avec beurre et confiture. C’est parfait pour un petit déjeuner. Arzu est également de très bons conseils pour des idées de choses à voir et à faire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Notre chambre donnait sur une rue donc bruyant la nuit, mais on est à Miami donc rien de surprenant. Prenez vos boules quies ;)

La proximité de la plage et l’hôte Yurzu qui était très gentille.

It was our second time at the B&B and again it was a very very good experience! Arzu is such a great host, always helpful even with extra wishes, and just a lovely person! The appartments are very well located and still the cleanest and best maintained ones i've been so far in south beach (in my price class ;) ). I will definitely book again there when i come back to SoBe!

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, ein paar Gehminuten entfernt vom Ocean Drive und Strand. Man sollte wissen: Diese Unterkunft ist eine große Wohnung im 1.OG mit mehren Zimmern (alle außer eins haben ein eigenes Bad). Die Küche und der Wohnbereich kann gemeinsam genutzt werden. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr sauber, es gibt kostenloses Wasser im Kühlschrank und Handtücher auch für den Strand.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer gebucht, dessen Bad auf der anderen Seite der Küche war - d.h. Wir mussten durch die Küche durchlaufen um ins Bad zu gelangen. Da wir nur 1 Nacht dort waren, war es ok, aber länger würde ich das nicht wollen. (Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige fand ich etwas missverständlich, daher haben wir nicht gedacht, dass wir kein direktes Bad hab). Das schlimmste war, dass die ganze Nacht eine Klimaanlage lief die so einen Wind erzeugt hat, dass wir die Decke über den Kopf ziehen mussten. Wir sind nachts aufgestanden haben aber keine Möglichkeit gefunden diese auszuschalten. Die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage und dem Nachtleben auf der Straße war ebenfalls nicht so optimal.

Location, interior, facilities, host. A very nice accommodation, located near to South Beach. Good, comfortable rooms and communal kitchen. Host very responsive, hospitable and helpful.

Very friendly and accommodating host Arzu, all facilities and room and bathroom were clean, large and well equipped (shared) kitchen with fresh supply of water bottles and fruit, close to beach and restaurant (Subway and nice Italian restaurant just around the corner). Would definitely rebook when visiting Miami Beach.

No negatives. Breakfast is very basic but this was known upfront. Used the kitchen to make coffee and had breakfast outside.

Arzu is a wonderful host. She made us feel so welcome. Everything was crispy clean and the place is very spacious and quiet. Just a short walk to the beach - beach towels are provided at the B&B. We loved our stay so much and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else but there. Details: The 2 queen size bedroom is spacious. Beds are very comfortable with quality linings. Nice thick white bath towels. Kitchen has all you need - there is also tea, coffee, bread, butter and jam / bananas - to start, continue or end the day. Two large high quality wood dining tables, enough space for everyone. Living room with large tv for streaming or just relaxing with a good book. A lovely place! Thank you, Arzu!

Spotlessly clean and well located little B&B. Great place if you are on a budget and want to make your own food sometimes. We had a comfortable room with space and a really comfortable bed and pillow. Arzu the hostess was friendly and helpful if you needed anything.

Shower wasn’t very hot. I did ask Arzu about this and it seemed to be a little hotter after this.

B&B located in the heart of everything - with walking distance to Ocean Drive and Miami Beach. Beautiful interior with comfortable beds - air conditioned throughout. The best part (as mentioned by everyone else) was our host who was attentive, ultra friendly and overall a genuinely lovely person!! We stayed at the B&B twice in the same week around our cruise from Miami port and couldn’t have picked a better place to serve the purpose.

arzu was very kind and attentive right from the start, the days before arriving she had sent me instructions by email for how to enter the facility, when we arrived she explained a few places to eat and see in miami, and above all one thing that made me very happy was that she printed us the luggage tags of the cruise since we forgot them, she was really very kind, I highly recommend everyone to come a greeting. the location of the property is really convenient and close to everything in south beach Luca from Florence

There is no things I didn't like here

The place was just like the pictures it was clean

Room #1 was too hot no fan in the room temperatures were set and could not not be changed sent 2 messages to Azur to see if the AC could be turned up higher however no response until the next morning when we was checking out we were advised it was turned down she stated thier was a fan in a utility closet however she did not advise us of this until we were leaving should have been advised this when we checked in it should have been in our room versus us looking for it. There were several people loitering in the front door they are aware but nothing seems to be done about it I understand it's down town miami but we didn't sleep all night because of people directly under our window talking and screaming all night Also my understanding of a Bed and Breakfast is to provide 1 meal at no extra charge normally Breakfast, but in this case we were offered bananas, toast and left over sodas. waters and beers from previous guests.

The hostess was the best thing, we had the nicest welcome and got a lot of information and sugestions for our stay. She always checked up if everything was ok and if we needed anything. The apartment’s location was perfect. I can highly recommend!
