I like that breakfast was included in package, and that the air conditioning works very well.
The door on the G-2 room had a crack in it, and you could see outside from inside the room, the bathroom door lock didn't work, and the toilet needs to be flushed twice before working. Otherwise, our stay was decent for the cost.

Missing leading information at booking too much red flag at the hotel information locking to the staff , boarding over pricing liquor no fun activities need praper mentainance food and drink was not good either has no style

I did not like the fact that the electricity kept going out. There seem to have been a short in the bed side lamp.

staff was missing from the front desk frequently. no one to help. I also requested breakfast daily and 3 of the 4 days they were late with breakfast- one day they were over one hour late.

Tue shutters didn't go all the way closed.
I booked dinner for 8:30 and ended up eating around 10 when the restaurant is to he closed. road to the property and veryyyyy bad.

Breakfast was delicious, also meal ordered from the restaurant. All the staff were great, very professional, helpful and courteous,
My bathroom was a concern. The bath moved when I stepped into it. There was a large crack around the seal. The rest of my room was great. Just the bath was a definite concern.

The quietness of the location, the chicken pasta for dinner and I liked that they had a pool for relaxation.
Didn't like that it had no elevator and we were at the very top floor. Had a baby with us so it made it a little difficult. I think a bell boy should be there to at least assist with the taking up and down of our luggage. Kitchen staff are needed for the timely preparation of breakfast. Overall not a bad stay.

The balcony had a great view over the ocean.
There was a nice AC in the room and toiletries in the bathroom.
Breakfast was very very plain, could have been better.
It's a bit far out of Port Antonio, the roads to Match resort were rather bad.
The hotel is definitely past its prime years

Happy when I got an upgraded room with an coffee maker but did use it due to the fact it was not clean.
The bedding was comfortable but squeaky

the place is in a nice location but their short-staffed the one girl that checked us in at the front was the best but she does everything in the hotel she needs help but she does her best but is very busy because she needs help overall she made us feel very welcome. the owner did not do what we required of him when we paid for outside dinner it was set up inside, we had to ask for the bar to be open with no one to bartend and the pool was not up to our standards. overall the rooms were very clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable and nice view from our balcony, we slept soo good.
