The location is great. The staff is excellent. The place is very clean. The food at Romulo's is superb!

The shower room. Water flows outside of the shower even with the shower door. Be careful stepping out on a wet floor, slipping possible

The room is amazing. It was clean, spacious and very relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are great. There are also toiletries, dental kits, towels, disposable slippers and complimentary water on the fridge. The infinity pool on the top floor looks great as well as the view from there. Best take a dip in the morning as there are less people there. But the best part of my stay in the hotel is most likely the service provided by the staff. It is very spot-on. They are very polite, and they would definitely do their best to keep you satisfied. I hope they keep that up!

I am frequently guest in this hotel even before pandemic. The location is convenient for me, we love the ambiance and food from the breakfast buffet.

I am a bit disappointment with their parking slot now. It is not good for an overnight stay who has vehicle coz their parking is so limited and might need to bring out extra payment for outside parking in case you didn't secure a parking slot in the hotel

Can't really think of cons given the pros

The staff was so kind and made you feel like you were home. It was a very elegant Food was delicious - Filipino authentic food. Great fragrance in the lobby.

The price of the hotel changed when I checked out and it cost a little more..

Rooftop pool was nice however can't drink or eat there. Staff was very friendly and nice. I would stay here again.
