The proximity of the hotel to leisure places and shopping areas
The free parking was frustrating, in case you have your own vehicle and you did however get a parking when you get in , chances are if you get out to go somewhere, you may not get again a free parking right away cause of the limited parking space provided by the property ☹️☹️☹️

I like how the staff were very accommodating and approachable. the property’s always clean especially the pool at night was very on vibe. I only wish they would have a small gym to complete the facility that would make it all in with the clients.

The shower room. Water flows outside of the shower even with the shower door. Be careful stepping out on a wet floor, slipping possible

The room is amazing. It was clean, spacious and very relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are great. There are also toiletries, dental kits, towels, disposable slippers and complimentary water on the fridge. The infinity pool on the top floor looks great as well as the view from there. Best take a dip in the morning as there are less people there.
But the best part of my stay in the hotel is most likely the service provided by the staff. It is very spot-on. They are very polite, and they would definitely do their best to keep you satisfied. I hope they keep that up!

I am frequently guest in this hotel even before pandemic. The location is convenient for me, we love the ambiance and food from the breakfast buffet.
I am a bit disappointment with their parking slot now. It is not good for an overnight stay who has vehicle coz their parking is so limited and might need to bring out extra payment for outside parking in case you didn't secure a parking slot in the hotel

Rooftop pool was nice however can't drink or eat there. Staff was very friendly and nice. I would stay here again.

The staff was so kind and made you feel like you were home. It was a very elegant Food was delicious - Filipino authentic food.

For me, the room upgraded with the SmartTv feature. Staff are always polite. I am happy the property keeps on improving.

the gym wasnt really a gym. it didnt have at the very least dumbbells racks.
