Esta casa de cuatro dormitorios, tres baños, es un dúplex totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones familiares perfectas. Con los pasos del acceso a la playa, una piscina de aguas cristalinas y una bañera de hidromasaje, todos estarán satisfechos. La ubicación no solo es perfecta, sino que es ideal para compartir sus vacaciones con familiares y amigos. Esta casa tiene dos pisos separados, ¡con dos cocinas y dos cómodos espacios de estar!
El primer piso es su propio apartamento privado. Contiene una cocina completa, baño completo, sala de estar (con una gran televisión de pantalla plana) y un dormitorio con cama King. Incluso hay una lavadora y secadora! Es un espacio perfecto para abuelos, parejas o familias con niños pequeños.
En el segundo piso se recibe un relajante porche en el porche. El lugar perfecto para tomar el desayuno de la mañana o una copa. Al entrar, la cocina está al frente. A la izquierda de la cocina hay una lavadora y secadora. El salón está a la derecha con un gran televisor de pantalla plana. A medida que continúas en la casa, el primer dormitorio de invitados está a la derecha. Esta habitación está equipada con un conjunto de literas individuales y un nido. Al otro lado del pasillo hay un baño completo. El siguiente dormitorio de invitados se encuentra a la derecha y tiene una cama King con amplio espacio de guardarropas. La suite principal se encuentra a la izquierda, con su propio baño privado completo. Justo cuando pensabas que no podía mejorar, ¡TODAS las habitaciones tienen un televisor!

The house was great! Clean, efficient and awesome location. The Pool and hot tub were a PLUS for sure!!!!.

For us the property was great. Management couldn’t have been more attentive. Everything we needed for the beach was there for us. Pool was good for our group. The only knock I would have is that one bedroom and one bathroom had barn doors that didn’t give a lot of privacy.

Had a great week in HHI. The property was very nice and maintained. Location to beach was perfect for our grandchildren and the separate apartment on lower level, allowed for us to have a more room to spread out. It also worked as a poolside spot for quick meals, drinks and restroom breaks. Would definitely recommend and book again.

We loved our stay at this property. It is remodeled, beautiful, and functional. It's very close to a private access path to the beach. The lower level apartment was great for my parents, and the kids and grandkid stayed in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed the pool and spa, though unfortunately we had to bug the maintenance person to come show us how to use the spa/hot tub because I didn't understand the directions. After that it worked great. The screened in patio was perfect for family meals. Management company was very responsive. Beach towels are included. There are 5 beach chairs at the property but they are stored outside in the carport. We rented some beach gear including chairs and umbrella and it worked out great. We also rented bikes which were delivered to the house. There is an outdoor shower with warm water for washing off sand. Overall a wonderful vacation and would recommend this vacation home to others without reservation.

The stay was perfect. The split level gave everyone a space to enjoy themselves while being with the family. The short walk to beach is one of the best things. We had a wedding in Blufton and the location was easy to access from the location. I would stay there again and my mom ,dad & brother asked about how they can stay there. Great organization to deal with. Thanks guys.

Very pleased with the 2 apartment house. Clean, wonderful location, (1 minute walk from the beach) and easy communication with the property owners. Would definitely stay here again!

The property and the overall stay was as good as it gets. It was clean, well maintained, and loaded with amenities. The location is also hard to beat. It's a very short walk to the beach and a mile from shopping and dining, and a stone's throw from a nice walking/ bike path. My personal favorite spot, the screened in porch.

Really clean, modern amenities, great location a block from the beach. We have a family of 6 and fit comfortably. While the inside family area and couch is small, there is a big porch with plenty of seating. The downstairs space which has another bedroom and kitchen area was great as well. Overall I would highly recommend.

Of all the properties we’ve stayed while visiting HiltonHead, this is our favorite. Great location to beach access and short bike ride to Coligny or Sea Pines. The house was so comfortable and very well stocked. We loved having our own pool. Do note the the two levels are separated by an outside stairway which was ok for our family. Looking forward to our next visit to Butchie’s Beach House!

Lovely Place
Wonderful. Lots of room. Screened in porch was great, no bugs yet outside. Spent a lot of time in the evenings. Pool & spa were a lot of fun with our family. Would stay again with large group. Plenty of room for at least 10 people. If you use the sofas, even more.

Beach getaway
Perfect for grandparents with kids and grandchildren. The downstairs was a nice place for the grandparents to stay while the families stayed upstairs. The pool was a hit and the short walk to the beach great. Restaurants were close and kid friendly. The screen room was a favorite hangout play area. We are ready to come back even though we just got home!

3 Elderberry was wonderful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head! 3 Elderberry was beautiful! The location to the beach was so convenient and the pool was relaxing after fun in the sun. The lower level apartment was perfect for my daughter, son-in-law and new grandson to have their own space. The recent updates are beautiful! Will definitely go back to 3 Elderberry!

Close to Ocean
Loved the location and that it had a pool. The place is nice on the inside. The downstairs location needs a TV in the bedroom and a couch you don’t sink into. Also had cockroaches. The outside needs some cleaning. For the money, I expected it to be better. Would not rent this place again.

The house was perfect for our family. The renovations were better than expected and the location was the best, close walk to the beach on a quiet street.

Beautiful porch!
We had a wonderful time in the home for the week. It's a close walk to the beach, has a beautiful screened in porch, and is well stocked. Overall the home could use a little updating (exterior paint, pool ready to be refinished) but nothing that affected our stay! Would love to stay again.

location! location! location!
The location of this property is ideal! 4 minute walk to the beach, right near the entrance to the scenic Sea Pines and a small walk to Caligny Beach. The house is convenient for a family or three couples. Some maintenance needs to be done on the house but adequate for a week stay. The bottom portion of the house is musty as there seemed to be a water issue that caused warping of the walls around the perimeter of the interior. It could have been cleaner but they have only a few hours to turn it over before the next guests arrive. Overall, we were satisfied as I always bring my own cleaning products when I stay in a rented facility. (Yes, I am a clean freak!)

Great week with family!
3 Elderberry Lane was a wonderful home to enjoy for a week. So close to the beach access! The lower level unit was perfect for us grandparents. The upper level was perfect for a family with 4 teenagers and a dog. It was clear the owners were dog lovers..and it was comforting for us to see the 'angel dogs' as we had lost our beloved chocolate lab just 4 weeks before the trip. Great place for our first visit to Hilton Head Island. We loved it!

We had a great week. Loved the location to the beach.
The kitchen was a little lacking for a family that cooked most meals. More utensils would have been nice and the refrigerator was a bit small. But we would rent it again.

We loved this spot!
For our family, this was the perfect spot. Close to an awesome and beautiful beach. Great location, very spacious. We had 2 families for upstairs/downstair unit - 7 people total. Really quiet street, no traffic. Pool & patio/grill & enclosed large patio provides plenty of outdoor lounging area. We also had 2 small dogs with us - and this accommodation was perfect. We would definitely return here.
