Lovely hotel, excellent location, brilliant staff, very welcoming

On Tuesdays the bar, cafe at the hotel is not open - which was a little odd....

We stayed 2 nights in this brand-new renovated guest house that is located in the city center. The room on the 3rd floor allows fantastic views to the old Town. Even when it was in the center it was very quiet in the room. Thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff working there.

The staff were extremely helpful in all aspects. They helped us make reservations for dinner and even tried to help us find relatives of family from the area. Excellent experience!

The hotel is located in a good location in the town centre. It is very modern and well equipped and has a great wine bar. The staff were really helpful and were very friendly.

Fantastic room. The room was very spacious with a very large ensuite. The room was also very clean. The bed was comfortable. Had lift to the top floor which made it very easy. The location is perfect. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping. The host was great and spent time making sure we were comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Friendly staff and we'll equipped cafe bar, with modern decor.Whilst the language barrier was a problem,all our needs were met.The hotel is excellently located near all the required amenities,and only 20 minutes from the airport.The breakfasts are simple with an array of pastries,and unlike some Italian locations they provide tea.

There could have been a street map and information on tourist locations and local transport.Also it would have been nice to be awarding cafe opening hours.

Central location, clean&tidy rooms, good WiFi, great and very helpful staff. Very easy to check in and out, late check out was offered to us (with a 20 Euro fee) which is ideal if your flight is late in the evening. The area is very safe, ideal for families.

English are not used in that area of Italy widely so be prepared for .. some alternative means of communication with your interactions with the very friendly locals :) Minimal influence on a/c settings, although we didn't find the temperature unfit for the time of the year, no settings/temperature can be changed or switch it on/off.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is offered at a cafe downstairs (pastries and coffee). Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated in an area with lots of restaurants and pubs so you always have good food close by. The hotel itself has an amazing cocktail bar with a cosy terras, there is also an option to eat something but the choices are limited to pizza and sandwiches. The room was beautifully decorated in a minimalistic style, as is the rest of the hotel. There is an elevator available so you don't have to drag your luggage up the stairs. There is parking around and near the hotel, it is not part of the hotel though so you have to be lucky to get a spot. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms and towels were cleaned regularly.

You can't turn off the airconditioner which caused us to fall ill during our stay. The staff said it would turn off automatically if you opened the windows but that wasn't always an ideal option due to noise or weather conditions. The light switches were illuminated in the dark and were quite bright so if you're sensitive to light it's not easy to sleep. We could here our neighbours running around so the insulation isn't 100% soundproof.

The rooms are modern, technological, and minimalist style - not what you would have expected in a rural town but fantastic! Breakfast was served downstairs in a modern-style cafe with a variety of options (try all the croissants). Downtown is next door and very walkable to the local restaurants. Lots of parking on the street. Also can arrange a taxi service to the train station/airport (about 25 minutes/30 euros).

Wonderful room, clean, comfortable and spacious. Large bathroom with a great shower.

Noisy location at night.

City centre hotel, contemporary, pristine, staff were helpful and considerate, room was well equipped and (29deg outside at night) air-conditioned and street noise subdued by shutters/glazing. Plenty of choice of Osteria and smaller eateries,bars,taverns, local good food, friendly locals.

That I couldn't stay longer and may not ever return to Lamezia Terme. Quite expensive to get from airport to LT unless you book direct with hotel.
