The general ambience

The fact that hot water cannot be turned on from the room but you need to make a request. Also the hotel is too clean for them to give guests very old towels😒

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location was safe and in a nice estate, with lots of restaurants and vendors in walking distance. The pool was clean and the facilities were pleasant. Overall, the hotel was cozy and comfortable!

The wifi faded out sometimes, but was good overall.

I booked online. but unfortunately when I got to the place. I was told they gave the room out to a work in customer. But i was lucky to get an upgraded room at the same amount.

My fiance enjoyed the food taste and presentation was nice.

The noise at night of doors slamming constantly, also this establishment should take into consideration of safety for female travelers weather accompanied or alone with a partner nearby. Safety is everything
