We had a great time on our first trip to Oak Island. We loved the location of this property and how quick and easy it was to walk to the beach. Our kids never complained about the walk because it was so easy for them (only about 5 minutes with little legs). We booked because of the great reviews. The condo is much brighter and more spacious than the pictures show. We had a great experience!

Floors with crumbs, dirt, old food that turned feet black. Mattress, pillow covers, and comforters with stains. Air vents caked with dust, air filters needing replaced. Light bulb out. Towel rack fell apart onto floor. Tv remote back falling off while utilizing. Dirt and old ice in ice tray in freezer. Kitchen counters with sand left on them. Bathroom counters and showers with hair left on them. Shower with shampoo buildup. Disappointing to say the least to arrive to this for a vacation. Do not recommend if you value a clean and hygienic environment for yourself and family.

This condo was perfect for our trip down there this past weekend!! The room was amazing and perfect for our trip! There were a total of 4 couples and the room had more than enough space for everyone! The pool was perfect, they had grills on the outside to cookout at right outside from the pool with picnic tables to eat! They had water hose's all along the bottom of the condo where the parking is to wash your feet, shoes and beach equipment before entering the room, which was absolutely amazing and made things so much easier! The beach was a short 2 to 3 min walk, so great!! And on top of all the thing the condo offers, the owner Patrick and his family are absolutely amazing, they also responded to any questions you had plus he even called and just checked in on us to see how everything was going, which in my opinion is absolutely amazing and I have so much respect for that!!!
Definitely a 5 star experience and definitely worth booking a stay!!!!
Will hopefully be planning another trip to this condo as soon as possible!!!

We came for the Run Oak Island Marathon and stayed at this condo for the weekend. The unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It is conveniently located in the heart of Oak Island and close to the beach. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating. We definitely look forward to returning in the future.

Nice property with everything you need in walking distance. We enjoyed nice walk to the beach as everyone appeared to be very friendly. Please note, we didn't have beach gear, but if you have a wagon, it's still a nice walk.
Patrick quickly responded with answers when we had questions. We plan to return next year.

The condo was in a good location with many accessible amenities. With only a short walk to the beach, we were easily able to go to and from the beach throughout the day which was great with little ones who needed naps and breaks inside. Access to the pool was another great feature we enjoyed. Patrick, the host, was kind, communicative, and helpful. He reached out to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and even offered us early check in and late check out. He was enjoyable to work with. The only downside to our stay was the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. When we arrived, the floor was covered in sand/dirt from the previous tenants. There was also some debris on one of the beds in the bunk room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Patrick’s place was so close to the beach, restaurants and things to do in Oak Island! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was a delightful cool off after hot days. Puzzles and games for family time. Patrick kept in touch with us the whole time and was very quick to respond to all my questions!

Overall we had an amazing time. Lots of sun, sand and fun. Only issues were upon arrival we didn’t have toilet paper, broom( house needed a sweeping) no linens although I paid extra fir them( I contacted Patrick and they arrived later) and other things like dish soap and trash bags which I ended up just purchasing on my own. Patrick was very kind and responded when needed. The condo was perfect for us, just a block From the beach and many other things. We will be returning!!

We was there for 2 nights and 3 days. The best place to stay. Everything was just like it said. Beds was so comfy. we had a Golf cart which is just 5 mins up the street to the left of the light. Mr.Patrick was so nice and communication was on point. I would reccommend this place. I would stay here again. Beach is to the right. Everything is right there where you want to be just get a Golf cart and ride for a $100 a day. Thank Mr. Patrick for being so nice.

We love this condo at Oak Island. It was our first visit to Oak Island. This condo was conveniently located only a block away from the beach. It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect because it was near the beach, and it was conveniently located to restaurants and shops. Patrick was very helpful throughout our entire stay. He is great with communication and also provided an organized book for activities and restaurants. We will definitely rent from Patrick again.

We were going because my son was running in the Oak Island Marathon. It was my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and 2 year old granddaughter. First bedroom would have fit all 4 of our granddaughters easily. The other two bedrooms were both king size beds. The the owner was very good about communicating and we were able to reach out to him easily when we had the wrong door code. We were there for a weekend so the little things were not even worth calling for. I’m sure he would have fixed (example no dish towels, no dishwasher pods) if we had asked. But we went out our 5 meals. Huge Candy Store across the street (I probably got more than any kid) and really good ice cream. If you are ever running in the Marathon, rent this place. It was less than a 1/2 mile from the start/finish line. The half way point was 58th Street and we could cheer for our son from the balcony. FYI it was his first Marathon and he finished!

Sea Breeze was the perfect location for our family girl’s trip. The condo was clean and super comfy with plenty of space for all of us. We loved being just a few minutes walk from the beach. We’ve never stayed where the unit came with chairs, beach toys, and a cart for ease in getting everything to and from the beach. It was a wonderful added bonus! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed for our stay. The dining table was great for playing cards in the evening. We all enjoyed the lights on the deck at night.
Patrick was a wonderful communicator contacting me the day before we left to see if we had any questions, checking in with us after arrival to be sure everything was as it should be, and even following up with us to make sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay in his slice of heaven. Of all the places I’ve stayed on Oak Island, Sea Breeze is now my #1 pick! We’ll definitely be returning to stay here again.

This is our second stay in this condo and we would highly recommend it. The location is perfect. The condo is clean and spacious. They provide sand toys, chairs and a beach wagon. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. The area is so nice. We love going there and look forward to our next trip! Communication with the owner is excellent!! So many good things we could say!!

We had a great time visiting. The condo was clean and a convenient short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys along with some chairs and a wagon to use. Great space for all the kids to sleep and relax between beach visits. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Great family getaway
We had a great stay on the island, property is close to the beach and grocery store. We enjoyed being able to park and walk anywhere we needed to go. Condo is very spacious for our family with two teenage boys. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and playing games at night under the charming lights. Patrick was easy to contact and very friendly.
