We enjoyed our stay, has all the ammenities of home, very clean!

This house was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. Close to the beach, had all the necessities we needed and clean, also budget friendly. Owner was very responsive.

If you like the beach, this location is close to Flagler Beach! Nice quiet neighborhood to a bike ride in. Shopping close and convenient. Everything found within minutes. The host was wonderful as well.

I would 1st like to say that Kim was amazing to work with!! Kim and her husband are honest and kind people! The house was lovely and as pitchured!!The bed was very comfortable and great soft sheets! We have plenty of room, and there was 2 bedrooms ,that we didn't even use! The kitchen was wonderful to work in, nice appliances. We brought two little dogs, and we all enjoyed the yard! We really felt like it was are little vacation home! The neighborhood was lovely and we felt very safe! Lovely family next door, they were fun and kind! We we not far from the beach , or anything else. We had a wonderful time, and would recommend this property!! Please check out , Le Creperie!! It only 4 miles away, and amazing authentic French food! everything was as listed, house was clean and neat. Location was easy to access to all stores and other shopping needs, the only small issue was that the master bed was a little soft but otherwise a great rental

The house was clean. Great communication. It was a quiet neighborhood. It was just myself and my daughter and we felt safe there.

Kim was very responsive to messages. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed, such as extra towels, sheets, and washer/dryer access. I would highly recommend to anybody headed to the area. Within 20 minutes of some excellent beaches and lots of nice restaurants and shops!

We had a great time and everyone was comfortable had everything we needed to live for the week except food of course, host was very easy to talk to if we needed, I will never use a hotel again on an extended stay awesome experience thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay! Very comfortable accommodations near to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach! Quick response from the property owner with any questions or problems. Pictures accurately represent the inside of the home!

We were in town for a soccer tournament. We made one turn out of the development and the next turn was into the location for the tournament...it was wonderful. House worked out well. We had a couple of questions about things but the host was quick to reply and offer solutions. Nice place for the price. Great housing development and worth staying in if it meets your needs.

We needed a short term rental for a few weeks while we waited to move into our new home. Kim’s house was clean and we loved having the fenced backyard for oUr 2 dogs. Close to the beach and stores. Kim was fast to answer any questions we had.
