The property was clean and staff was nice.

We rented a cabana and there are only three. We got to the cabana first in the morning. Went to the cabana whee we saw our name (the three of them are the same )and put all our stuff down at it. We were there over an hour before the other people who rented cabana came down. Apparently one of the gentlewoman had said that he had a particular cabana (the one we were in) and started making a stink about. He never said anything to us but eventually spoke to a staff member who then came and spoke to us and had of switch cabanas. Moral of the story the hotel should have “assigned numbers” for the cabana when you rent them That way someone can’t make a big deal about which one is theirs. You get what you get.

Location was fantastic you really can walk anywhere. The staff was so friendly from the valet, front desk, Restaurant, Bob and the grounds keepers. Everyone just really makes you feel like home.

That it’s valet only, these guys are great and fast but I like to be able to just get my car by myself. I’m a tipper and we were in and out a lot during our visit, so I spent more on parking and tipping than I did on anything else during my visit.

Location, rooms.

The front desk staff . I asked them twice to release the incidentals deposit upon check out which they assured me they did BUT till now, the 19th of July, they still hold the money. I checked out on the 6th of same month using a debit card. At this point i need to address this huge issue as i m facing another fraud this time by the Coral at the Atlantis hotel which illegally withdrew $980 on a free cancellation booking, cancelled in May!! I have made a dispute order together with Mastercard to retrieve my money and i ll have to wait till the 1st of August!..of course Booking.com although informed by me was all of a sudden dissatisfied from any kind of communication or help! So my stay to the Canopy was seriously affected by their deliberate intension to hold till the end money that must have been released immediately after final checkout and clearance of any balance due. Hotels that keep people’s money in that pattern must be seriously taken into consideration and reviewed accordingly!!!

Breakfast at banter was high quality and super convenient being in the hotel

The third elevator was down. Fourth of July made the hotel a little busy.

No complimentry coffee after 730.. really 350$ room and cant get .40 cent coffee🙄 cleaning lady came by and was cleaning room next door my 5 yr old makes less noise doing the dishes

The property was perfectly placed, just down the street from a shipping mall and plenty of restaurants. you are immediately greeted by valet when you pull up, followed by the front desk staff who are friendly and super helpful.

Wonderful hotel, restaurant, staff, rooms, and overall experience at The Canopy. Great location. Modern decor and loved the food at the Banter restaurant, which is conveniently located in the hotel. The hotel is just wonderfully designed and definitely will be a favorite when staying in downtown West Palm Beach. The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant are breathtaking.

Everything was beyond my expectations, and there was everything to love about The Canopy.

The building was beautiful, clean, and up to date with everything.

The location was not easy to get into!

One of The valet parking guy, ay first had no good maners with us. As guest I’d to be treated with respect.

Staff, Food, Rooms, Location - All perfect for whats was needed by myself and the team.

Towels in the room - not enough and not replenished fast enough. I think water should be put in the room fresh each day.
