The customer service was awesome. The staff were very nice & helpful at check in & check out. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The swimming pool was nice for my child.

my main bathroom door did not work, the room smelled like mildew due to the air conditioner, and there was so much. kiss on the floor above we did not sleep.

I checked in and the room I booked was not available. They put me in a room on the TRU side. It reminded me of a Motel Six room. Due to my medical needs (Bariatric) a kitchen and living area is needed. The Mini frig in the room was not adequate. I had no where to cook and care for myself due to lack of bigger refrigerator and freezer and inadequate kitchen accessories. The very nice young lady at the front desk did bring me a hot plate and a few kitchen utensils, but not enough to adequately cook for myself. Washing kitchen stuff in a bathroom sink is discus ting. I had to throw my food out and eat in restaurants while I was there. There was no place to lounge and relax due to the size of the room. The Management nothing to compensate me. The room was over priced and my trip was miserable.

pulled up to check in at 10 PM. the guy working there, Joseph, was 100% rude and told me I didn’t have a reservation. I showed my confirmation of booking on November 11 and he said sorry that wasn’t booked with them so sorry. Absolutely NO help at all. Just stared at me and didn’t say a word. I had booked for 6 days. Had to go out of town to find a room!!!! Will never go there again! The other hotels told me they had a water line break and were sending people to other hotels. I didn’t get that at all.

The rooms were spacious with all the amenities we like. The in-room kitchen is terrific.

I realized I left a jacket in the room soon after we left. I called your front desk and he said to just go online and register the loss. I was hoping He could check with maid service and we could swing back by to pick it up. But he didn't seem too helpful. I did go online but never got it back.

Everything was perfect. Stay was welcoming and kind. Room was clean and beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel should be amazing! But customer service Girls on day shift are rude. Housekeeping is non existent. I stayed for surgery and spent time in ICU came back to hotel after four days, no linen service. Had to ask and then wait hours for linens and make my own bed. 0 housekeeping in an entire week. Piles of linens left in hallways by visitors. Kind of Janky.

The cleanliness, size and comfort. I like that they don't clean the rooms every night unless you ask, because this can be very wasteful.
