The breakfast was a nice addition. However, if we slept in and arrived before slightly before 10:00, the eggs were not so great. Loved the pancake machine.

Our stay was for 5 days. Day 3 and 4 we asked for housekeeping…never came. Our room was never cleaned. We had to take our dirty towels down every day. This hotel was not a discount hotel.

The location is excellent for people wanting to go to Spring Training games in Scottsdale, Mesa, and Tempe. There are also plenty of dining options and activities close by. Also, the breakfast that is included with your stay was great for my family. Lots of options.

The main complaint I have about this hotel is that the storage is not great in the rooms. There is no dresser and there are only 5-6 hangers for jackets. Also, the two queen beds were very tight for my Dad, two sons, and I. It would be nicer to have King beds, but the rooms themselves are fairly tight so bigger beds may not fit.

The surrounding area had a lot to offer.

The pillows could be more comfortable.

No coffee pot and microwave in the room. There was sand on the floor.

Breakfast spread was nice with a lot of variation. The bacon seemed to be the most popular and they tried to refill that as fast as they could. The front desk attendant was new and learning and clearly overwhelmed, but she tried her best to give service with a smile and resolve issues. Nice water dispenser on the first floor with ice machine next to it.

Rooms were not ready so weren't checked in until almost 3 hours past check-in time. TV did not work and the maintenance guy didn't arrive until morning of check out so that didn't help. One of the lamps also did not work as the switch was broken. Breakfast was good but disorganized with items running out and not being restocked, so hotel customers had to open drawers to look for things themselves.

There was almost nothing more to eat for breakfast around almost 10 so we had to have breakfast outside.

Check in was easy

I just happened to have either noisy neighbors or you can just hear quite a bit from my room. There was a knocking noise like in the walls, maybe from like the upper level toilet flushing or something like loud water dripping. Probably could use some noise buffering to help reduce the doors opening and closing, I don't know, I may have just been placed where teenagers or people coming in and out of their room at all hours of the night were, so I didn't get much sleep.

Breakfast was terrible-all sweets. No fresh fruit. Had to go to Starbucks to get hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit. Even the yogurt was sugared Also, couldn’t lower the temp below 72 degrees in order to sleep. Way too warm - did not sleep well - even though the bed was great

It was close to shopping and dining

The beds were uncomfortable, not enough pillows. Breakfast was poor.

Checking in. The staff was very rude. I arrived early for work and just simply asked if I could check in early. Right away the front desk people were extremely rude. Responded there or no rooms available for early check in. All I asked for was a text when one would be ready. The lady just responded ok whatever took my number down and walked away. I work for Wells Fargo and will never stay here again and also tell my colleagues about this experience.
