The property was described as an apartment when it was just a poorly converted old house with obvious faults that were reported on arrival but not dealt with for 2 days . Very over priced for the condition and location of the property and really spoiled our stay .

Great location for beach and tourism.

A map of the area and instructions on where to find the nearest shop would be useful. A key safe at the property would be more convenient than going to collect keys from another place.

Large spacious property, very clean and modern, looked recently refurbished. Located in a quiet area which was close to local amenities.

That we had to pick the keys up from the main reception which was located a mile away from the property and had to be there before 8pm. Also having to wait around and contact the receptionist to leave us into the main reception as the desk wasn’t constantly monitored. Would of been easier if the flat had a key safe and the customer was emailed the key safe code to access the property.

The duvets were a bit thin. The bathroom taps need attention as they spin unless you hold the base. Water was very slow for the bath. But overall fantastic

The flat is in a great location, a few minutes walk from historic Royal William Yard which has plenty of restaurants, things to see and great views. Advise booking restaurants as the area is very popular. Lots of outside seating at the restaurants which will be great in the summer. The flat is on a corner so has windows on 3 sides and was much more light and spacious than we expected. Very clean, well decorated, beds comfortable, 1 bathroom and 1 en suite. It is upstairs so probably no good for those who can’t manage stairs. The flat had plenty of cups and plates, towels etc. also some very welcome basic tea/coffee and biscuits supplied. We only stayed for 1 night as it was a quick visit to Plymouth but we could have happily stayed longer. We parked in The Strand free car park, a couple of mins only from the flat and found a space easily when we went at about 4.30. The on street parking is permit only but you can buy one of these at check-in for a fee. Check in and key pick up was at the office in Plymouth centre; very quick, friendly staff. you have to leave a deposit in case of damage but this is refundable. We had to take the keys back after our stay too which was fine with us as we had business in the centre the next day.

The masters room toilet wasn’t flowing properly

Inconvenient having to pick up the keys from central Plymouth. Missing plug for kitchen sink, missing washing-up bowl and we were only left 1 dishwasher tablet for 2 days. One bulb missing from a lamp and one bed sloped down at one side. No parking permits available to park near the flat. These are small things which can be irritating and overshadow a good stay.

water pressure’s too low in the bathroom, under the toilet is leaking.

the details before we arrived didn’t tell us the door to our apartment was round the side so we opened the door to someone else’s apartment. one bed was too hard and not comfortable at all. there were no batteries in the remote- and the carpet was torn and stained in places. none of these were huge issues

Spacious apartment, clean and close to city centre.

One of the matteress's was broken making sleep uncomfortable. Smart TV could be modernised to allow apps like Disney+

Couldn’t find any wifi. Number of mugs were limited

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was easy to check-into, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is also fantastic. Highly recommend.

Parking was slightly tricky, but we managed to find a space. Kitchen was fully equipped except for cutlery.

Comfortable for staying for couple of days. Everything is clean and organized beautifully. The receptionist was kind and organized a parking ticket for us for a small fee. We had to pya a deposit with the card which has to be returned within few days and we still havent received it (3 business days passed)

There is no airco which is obvious for the most apartments. We were staying when it was extremely hot and leaving windows was not an option for us since we have a toddler and in the bedrooms you could open a lower window only. Also no blind light curtains at any bedrooms which for us is important while some people wont care
