The location is perfect. Ten minutes walking/trail/ hike from the Mall Road, Hadima Devi Temple.

Not much to dislike but yes, the washroom flooring could have been according to all seasons.

Best staff and room facilities

First of all the service provided by hotel is very pathetic. They didn't even clean the room before handing over. They didn't provide brush kit, toiletries. The bedsheet were not clean, too much dust in the room. They didn't even do housekeeping on regular basis. They charge for water bottle which is suppose to be complementary. They serve breakfast around 9 AM. Who on the earth provide breakfast so late in tourist place and plus their service is very slow. The owner is very rude and not helpful. Seems like he didn't care about coustomers. There is frequent power cut. No hot water sometimes. Think carefully choseing this hotel.

Room is too much dusty like it has not been dusted from several days, tv not working, bedsheets are not changed you can feel that after pervious guest they had rearranged same bedsheet, I ordered veg manchurian which is pathetic, manchurian burnt from outside and not cooked from inside worst gravy ever tasted, fried rice is also pathetic.

Everything was good staff also good but the owner Mr. Tarun is not having good behavior..He even not to keep his word values when he has given me in written for late check-out on booking.com message still he denied and ask us to checkout ..

I never expected I wud find such a superb hotel in manali. I wud rate this hotel as a 5 star hotel. Superb hotel. Newly built . Best interiors.so cooperative staff.on 1 call the staff was at the door. I never heard NO from their mouth. So beautiful n luxury rooms. I wud recommend all to stay there for once.

Rooms are decently priced and the property is close to hadimba temple a little away from manali mall road making it easier to mantain a distance from the mad tourist rush

1. Location of the property is remote and it is not easy to find or reach. 2. Does not have power back up 3. Internet is very sketchy 4. Does not have a fully functioning kitchen and hence no lunch is served at the hotel 5. very short staffed due to which room service for dinner takes almost an hour or more 6. Rooms are old and fairly average size.
