Great location and good facilities

Not what was advertised. Fridge didnt work - lost a lot of food until it was replaced. One room aircon did not work -even after they tried to fix it. No microwave. No satellite channels or cable channels on TV. Lounge couches were terrible. Added electrical fee was very high and well above the going rate.

Lovely pool. Lovely villa. Lovely location. The staff are wonderful.

The guests before us were late checking out, and departed with the main door key. This meant that the staff had to rush the clean in-between guests, and had to get a new key cut for us.

The rooms are okay, the place and the view is very lovely. We enjoyed hanging out in the villa's pool, nothing against the place because it is located almost at the middle of the island and not far from port. There is also near 7 eleven and gas station. One of our friend left the shoes at the facility and the cleaning lady informed us.

Before we purchased the ticket, the reception told us that we can check-in before 2pm since we will be driving from Bangkok which is more than 5 hours drive so for sure everyone will be very tired. 1 day before the actual trip they messaged me here in the application that the checkin time requested was rejected, we haven't receive any calls coming from them. The actual villa have a sound system facility so we thought we're gonna play some music and lights but when we're gonna use it, the HDMI connector was broken, the remote doesn't have battery and everytime we try to contact the number provided to us, no one will answer. The TV is not smart TV, and sometimes having little problem with the WiFi connection. I hope their service improve well. And if you request them to clean the room, they would ask you to pay additional 1,500 THB. The staffs are not friendly and talks rude, not helpful at all.
