Great location. Very helpful staff. Nice and cosy room. We stayed there for two nights. Instructions received from the owner were clear. We needed their assistance with opening the door to a room. And they were prompt to respond and help. Overall, great stay.

overall, it was a good stay. the only issue that came up was when somebody blasted a loud music around midnight.

Difficult access to property - snow had not been removed in parking area. Onerous and confusing on-line check in. Poor or no instructions re getting room key and operating heating. Cooking smells from common kitchen. Thin walls and noisy guests resulted in no sleep, We could not reach anyone to report lack of Wifi and TV. Our car was parked in by other guests.

good beds and quite confortable rooms. Beeing there during the hurricane we where very happy that we could cook without electricity using a gas barbecue on the terrace ! This was a top point of this property.

Did'nt eat there. Our bed was comfortable but from talking with other guests we were the lucky ones. Seemed to have the best room.

The advertising for this location was very misleading. The room beside us was very small and only had one small window high up and poor ventilation. In the case of a fire could easily have been trapped. If your going to book it be sure to get the rose room.

We booked two rooms, our booking confirmation for double and twin rooms stated feature of sofa, stovetop and hot tub in one room and for the second room, dining area, and hot tub and kitchenware. Our rooms were only beds, tv, night table and private bathrooms. As well , we did not have a feeling of comfort and cleanliness. The towels were cheap and worn. The bedding was a mismatched set of poor quality. When staying at any shared accommodation, it would be preferable to have. Rips white bedding that would show cleanliness. Pillows can be replaced. Towel bar not secured, shower faucet handle fell off into tub and could have broke my toe. Kitchen washing clothes was multiuse and not sanitary. I did not feel that Covid regulations were followed. Bathroom fixtures all loose the shower handle fell off into the tub and hurt my toe.

This accommodation did not suit us at all, as the descriptions on booking.com do not correspond to reality. We booked here for four days. The rooms are in the basement of a residential building and most of the rooms offered are very simple. We had rented two rooms and they were extremely small and furnished with substandard furniture. There was no storage space at all, no wardrobe or anything like that. There was no door between the very small bathroom and the bedroom. There was a small fridge in the room but it was very noisy. The mattress on the simple metal bed was very thin. The bed linen was cheap polyester. There was no cleaning service of the room. The shared kitchen was extremely poorly equipped. There was hardly any cooking utensils or plates, etc. The price was very high for this accommodation due to the high season but the services were very poor. The owner still claimed that we had booked these two bad rooms directly via booking.com and that we could have booked better rooms via their own website. The landlords initially offered a price reduction but then did not pay it because we had booked via booking.com. Booking.com couldn't help us in this case. This was unfortunately a disappointing experience and it was by far the worst accommodation during our trip to Canada.

While I enjoyed your accommodations the only problem I had was with getting the $50 damage deposit when leaving but was told that it would be sent by email transfer.No fault of theirs I didn't get the info sent and am putting my email address here for this and also because when the dates of June 20-22 where booked mistakenly I could do nothing to unstop the booking through the Booking.com avenues with the hotel on pownal added to that it can empty a person's wallet quickly with no satisfaction since early June is also to long to be ignored. Our bed was good quality but was encased in plastic which made it very hot. But it was just only a very minor inconvenience.

Fully kitchen and washroom. The location was perfect and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Loved how contactless it was during covid， the guide is very clear. The parking lots were sufficient all days we stayed. Great stay overall!

I had a great holiday in Lily's garden! I like here very much. The location is excellent, close to everywhere. Short 2min walk to lovely public park and beach. Great neighborhood, beautiful、safe, quiet. The decoration of the property is very fashionable, beautiful, and tasteful. Also well maintained and fully furnished. I can free use of the kitchen and laundry which is more convenient than staying in a hotel. The breakfast is only $5, but it's varieties. Self-check-in, but it's easy to do. The owner is very attentive and organizes very detailed help documents. If have anything, I can reach out to the staff here at any time. They are all willing to help me. I think they take a lot of care with the property and guests, and want to do their best. In short, I am very happy! I will stay here again if I have the chance, and I would like to recommend it to others.

very cute, quiet, and clean! i slept well and felt very safe. my room and bath were very private. the private bath was across the hall, but easy to get to. the house is close to town, and I biked it. biking turned out to be a little far, so unless you like a lot of exercise I would recommend a car. but the facilities were very clean and Lily clearly takes a lot of care with the property. i had a nice stay!

House doesn't look like one on the picture. It doesn't have Lilly's House name displayed and it was difficult to find. Entrance is at the back of the house and it was difficult to carry our suitcases from the car. This is not a hotel, this is B&B, but without a breakfast. It has 5 bedrooms, shared living room and shared kitchen. There was TV in the room, but it was useless, without access to the cable channels.
