The apartment is located in the very center of Shkoder, everything is very close. It is on a high floor, so the balcony has a view above the city where you can see the goings-on of the street below. It's very convenient. Good value-for-money, despite some negatives concerning sleep quality.

Even though it fits 6 people easily (2 single beds, one double bed, 1 double sofa bed), the sofa bed is not comfortable at all. For a few nights' stay it's not an issue, but it's worth a mention. What wasn't so good was the noise the fridge makes on and off the entire time and the grandfather clock that is placed right next to the sofa bed. The clock chimes twice every hour and can be heard during the night on the top floor as well. It kept waking some of us up through the night. I would suggest that be removed, in spite of how pretty it may look. Despite this, I would recommend this place for non-light sleepers or if you are a group of 4, in which case you all sleep on the top floor where the clock is not as loud.

There was a goldfish on the table in a tiny Glass.. the House wasn‘t Easy to find, you Need a mobile to call, or you wander around Like we did. there wasn‘t a real bed planket.

Everything was perfect. The best place I have stayed till now. I plan to book it again if I travel with my family or friends to Shkodra. The position was perfect. Everything was close. The apartment has all facilities.

Great location (city center). Beautiful view on Shkodra from the terrace. Spacious apartment. Stylish apartment. One of the most beautiful apartments I have been in. Recommended. I would come back again.

[1] Check-in. The exact location of the apartment not provided with the booking. However, the address was available on Google Maps. The host did not confirm that the address from Google is the correct one. According to the host's instructions you need to ask someone at the bus station to tell you where the apartment is. Luckily I had mobile internet and I could communicate with the host. Not sure how it would go if I did not have internet. Everything went fine in the end. [2] Pigeons The apartment is on the top of the building. Pigeons gather on the roof and make noise. They may wake you up in the morning. [3] The table on the terrace and chairs The top of the table is not connected to the bottom part. It still can be used for working with a laptop but you need to be careful. It would be nice if it is fastened to the bottom part. Some chairs are not in a good condition or are unusable.

Great views from, probably, the nicest apartment we could find. Even tho it was just the two of us, the place could easly fit 5-6 people. Everything we needed was near us and the apartment owner was welcoming and kind. Definitenly already thinking of comming back!

- property has a great location and balcony view - rates were good for a duplex apartment - really clean and they have washing machine and any other white goods - Flutura and her mother was helpful - sunrise is something you should watch from the balcony
