La posizione

Struttura fatiscente, manutenzione pari a zero. Troppo caro per quello che è. In cucina mancavano tantissime cose. Dicono di essere 4 stelle e invece le tazze erano orrende e diverse tra loro, così piatti e posate. Il poco in dotazione di una plastica scadente e orribile. Il rubinetto del bagno funziona a scatti, da zero a un'esplosione che allaga. Lo specchio del bagno rosicchiato. L'arredamento vecchio e squallido e consunto. Le stampelle quelle usate e storte della tintoria. La ringhiera del balcone scrostata, tubi a vista dopo una riparazione che richiedeva di murarli....Per una camera, bagno e piccolo ambiente con angolo cottura mi hanno messo in conto 75 euro di pulizie, si pulisce in mezz'ora... hanno osato chiedere di pulire l angolo cottura, spegnere il frigo e buttare l' immondizia, questi sedicenti 4 stelle che ti addebitano un costo esagerato per pulire quel mini spazio. Ma la chicca è il set di benvenuto. Una scatola di cartone contenente uno straccio e sapone da pavimento ahahhaha vivono in un mondo tutto loro e non hanno idea di cosa significhi ricevere persone che si vogliono rilassare in vacanza, possibilmente in un bel posto. A proposito le foto sono totalmente ingannevoli. Una volta sul posto la delusione è grande ma a quel punto hai già pagato ed è tardi per lasciare quella locanda a "4 stelle".

We had problems but the stuff solved them very quickly

I wish they've changed the mattress before we arrived as they did the second day. No many towels. Flat for four they should have prepared the bad also for the kids we had to do it when arriving late at night

Location was very good. Very disappointed with the beds. Very thin, cheap mattresses, horrible sleeping for 8 nights. Sofa bed was broken, and so was toilet seat, we called and they did replace it immediately. Kitchen was very outdated. Towels that are given to you are not regular towels, it was just a cotton cloth that didn’t dry you off at all. We ended up buying towels. Nice size balcony with a side view of the beach but lots of bees. Staff was very attentive. I would love to stay here again but just wished there mattresses were better, don’t know if I could sleep on them again.

Nice and spacious (too spacious) terrace. The apartment is well equipped and close to the beach and the town center.

The residence is a bit noisy, in particular with chairs being dragged on the floor of other apartments (how about putting some foam under the chairs' feet) and dogs.

It was very clean, great location on the beach. The views are spectacular and the staff were very helpful far beyond expectations. We definitely will be back next year.

The terrace was very large, always in the shade nicely cool with lots of space to eat, hang the towels and with a gorgeous view on the Pine forest and through the trees on the beach and sea.

The disadvantage is that the terrace and the rooms are facing the railroad that is between the house and the beach. especially the last week of August there were so many noisy trains that our sleep was disturbed.
