Great location with a tram stop in front of the building. The outdoor terrace was nice.
We didn't have hot water for the last 2 days, but the host was quick to respond when we told him.

convenient location, beautiful view, close to the river, there is a park nearby and 15 minutes walk to the old part of the city. it was very convenient for us. cozy, quiet place. good for a couple.😊💞there are all necessary amenities, the owners of the apartments are very hospitable and helpful✌️😊

Clean, commodious with balcony, kitchen in same room and some free drinks in refrigerator :). One room windows and balcony goes to silent side with lake, big trees and bicycles road. Another room has street outside. When windows are open, You hear street noise. Shared bathroom for 2 rooms. I don't like curtain skirt shover-bath, but can be for compact shared bathroom, which has 2 doors and can closed from another room if You need. 1 tram stop from transport hub, 3 stops to center or 15 min walk. Another direction lead to wonderful beach. Yes, close to centrum You have Weser river and Werdersee lake beaches, google for cafe sand. Very close supermarket and bakery. Housing area feels safe and looks clean. But You always must look for bicycle drivers when cross red area of shared sidewalk. Very friendly Kevin meet us and give keys personally, introduced and answered questions. Highly recommended!

Very clean newly refurbished apartment. Kitchenette, heated floor.

Place is well located near city. In very quiet and cosy area. Definitely recommend. Kevin was a very nice host.
