Fatal, el alojamiento está fatal.

Viejo, sucio, no renovado, no tenía tostador, las toallas no secaban nada, el baño era minúsculo casi no entraba una persona, la mampara se caía y no cerraba bien, había cucarachas pequeñas y mosquitos en todo el apartamento, la puerta del baño no se cerraba, varios enchufes estaban pegados con cinta americana (puede ser peligroso), en los armarios había ropa del dueño. El apartamento es un -1, una planta baja, que no está especificado en el anuncio, tiene un patio (el lo llama terraza) realmente desagradable. Nos cobró 30€ en efectivo el primer día y pretendía entrar en el apartamento cuando no estábamos para recogerlo, quiere que le pagues el primer día que llegues para la limpieza y sábanas, aunque no estaba limpio. Me llamó ladrona porque no encontraba las llaves cuando nos fuimos del alojamiento porque las dejamos en el buzón abierto como el nos indicó. Las conversaciones telefónicas con el propietario fueron muy muy muy desagradables.

Alojamento muito bem localizado, num lugar acolhedor e perto de todas as infraestruturas importantes. O anfitrião e a sua equipa foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis, ajudaram-nos bastante durante a nossa estadia. Ótima escolha para quem pretende uma opção acessível com uma boa relação localização-preço.

I stayed in this fantastic apartment, provided by a great host and located in an exceptional location. The apartment had a nic, separate bedroom apart from the kitchen and living room, was very clean and had lots of amenities including a washer machine. The host was great and provided good, complimentary beverages, a great run down of different areas of Monaco worth exploring and also was in general very reasonable and flexible with the check in. The location is probably the best place in Monaco, just a few minutes from the Casino, the main station, along with a deep variety of bars, restaurants and grocery stores. I'm very thankful to have been hosted at this apartment and look forward to returning here again when it's available.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Everything that I asked for was provided.

Very nice in the middle of the town. Everything can be done by foot. If you wanna go carspotting, this is the place. Dave is very nice and gites a lot of tips what to see if you're in Monaco. Superb!

Great location, walking distance to the Casino. Very comfortable bed. Dave the host is incredibly helpful and organized. He will tell you all you need to know, restaurants for every occasion, bars, attractions, shops, etc. and assist with reservations as well. He is also a talented artist!!!

location is very convenient, the owner Dave is very welcoming and informative! Bernie, the housekeeper is so nice and caring. They made our vacation one to remember with their accommodating services.

Hosts are very nice. Location is excellent - Use the TRAIN to get there, not the express bus or so... the train station is so convenient.

A little chilly but they provide a small heather and gets the room a little more comfortable.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, best location. Near in 20 meters good bar where you can eat some good food. From a train station few minutes, that is very good if you walk with a luggage. To Casino Monaco 5-7 minutes by walking. In the kitchen all necessary stuff for cooking, coffee machine nespresso. Iron, if you need. The host is very kind, I had a some problems with arriving in Monaco, he organized all in accordance with my situation. Good experience, good price. 100% recommend.
