The staff is good

We didnt have electricity the whole night, mind u the month is may. Imagine to horror!

Bathroom was not as good as expected. It was smelly.

Television not working. Cable charges not paid by the hotel.

Cleanliness superb, staff very friendly Restaurant time needs to be extended Overall very nice experience. Can recommend for tourists at present

Hot water was not available after one person took a bath. Rooms are very small.

Prime location. Decent food. Staff well behaved. The Terrace restaurant is decent. Hot water available. Heater available on request.

Although I had reserved a parking space and had communicated about it in advance, On reaching the hotel, I found there was no parking space available owing to construction work happening at the front gate. I was told to park the car on the road. When I didn't agree to do the same, the staff found a parking spot for me in another hotel 3 mins away. This entire process took more than half an hour and killed the check-in experience. They should have communicated about the same beforehand. The room was small and it had zero sunlight. No sound proofing whatsoever. Could listen to whatever conversation that was happening outside. Overall, won't suggest the room to anyone looking for a leisurely stay. Felt more like a solo stay over place for business/work.

Choice of BF menu limited. Location is superb

Service - chef at specific time, limited options, bathroom doors not closing, TV channels DTH recharge not done, AC remote not working Pricing while booking and just before checking was huge difference... Booking at 46000 & before checkin was 35000...
