Nothing to like here. They are like agent of local streets, nothing like premium service. Strongly, advice not to come here. It's a complete disaster.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a complete disaster. Not only did they deduct the booking amount from my account multiple times, but despite numerous complaints and requests for resolution, they completely ignored my concerns. The lack of customer service and accountability is absolutely appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice before subjecting themselves to this level of incompetence and disregard for their guests' financial well-being.

The food quality and service was exceptional. Jeevan and Ganesh was excellent.

Disgusting hospitality !!! No courtesy towards senior citizens !! Shame on how they treat you specially when you are from overseas !! Completely disgusted with 5* Hotel category !! It’s not even worth a 2* mate !! Charges are so hell expensive and in return completely awful hospitality provided !! They don’t accept card payments they said causing us delay to catch our flight !! No Housekeeping services on time !! You ask for Tea they serve you coffee !!! Is that how illiterate staff members are ? You have a cuppa soup they charge you 1600+ taxes (as a complete meal charge) !!! Wow I mean no where in the world I’ve had such worst experience so far !!! Definitely this isn’t what we expected and paid for !!! You give them a call from United Kingdom regarding the stay they hang up on you !!! They have no manners to even answer your queries !! Very DISAPPOINTED with our Stay !!! Wouldn’t recommend at all specially if you are paying that hefty amount just for a bed !!! Hope this is an eye opener to others..

The best part is the service catering to your every need. Mr. Rahul Kumar, the Asst Manager, was the best and made our trip quite memorable.

Restaurant manager was good. SouthIndian restaurant food and service good. North Indian food not upto the mark.

Very average rooms and breakfast being a Taj Property. Hot water plant had broken down . Plus there was a big beehive right infront of our room. Taj standard not maintained. Windows glass was very dusty. Ac plant also was not working properly

The brand and the exclusivity

the staff were not well trained to deal with guests . the shower was not working as it should in a 5 star hotel like Taj. when reported, they were send a mechanic. the problem recurred and this time they were brushed aside the concerns
