Walls are paper thin. Could hear any conversation going on and anyone walking in halls. Bring ear plugs to sleep.

The “Hotel” is quirky, location is convenient

Room/s has/have no view… feel boxed in Cleanliness is a real concern… floors were filthy, and lower skirting/walls marked (although bedding and towels seemed clean enough) Breakfast was a bit of a selection of unlikely choices, served by someone who looked like he had just walked in off the street… (service was a bit like that, in general)

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our room that has been addressed promptly. The bar is excellent. Breakfast is okay and comparable to other fares in the area. We did not get dinner. Walking distance to bus-sur, the ocean, and Plaza del Armas.

The quality of the rooms seems to be inconsistent. Some are very nice, and some are... "meh".

We've arrived late and the super nice owners re-opened the restaurant for us so that we could get some food after a long day of traveling. They went way beyond hospitality and were generous beyond words!

After we checked out, the manager tried to charge us extra for 2 guests instead of 1, which we made on booking.com that they did not catch initially. She tried to charge us double but we refused because there is no difference between 1 and 2 guests for a single room.

A great little new addition to the Punta Arenas scene that is cute, welcoming and has great, friendly staff and is well located. The restaurant is also fab. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great boutique hotel. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The wifi is crazy fast, especially for the region. My speed test showed 150+ mbps. The rooms are nice, coffee was solid, and I will certainly be back!

Hotel bigger than I expected. Materials, furniture,... "felt" cheap

unique, clean with super nice staff and good food.

I one night it was very loud at night. my room was facing the street and it seem that from 1-4am the cars were racing and it was incredibly loud. if I had stayed in another room they doesn’t face the street it would have been good. I’d recommend to stay in room that doesn’t face the street and there won’t be very noisy.

Close to the center and restaurants.

Can be noisy as room walls are not sound proof, fortunately all the people staying in that place are respectful.
