Location was good.
Communication was good and caretaker was helpful.
The kitchen and everything in it definitely needs to be fixed (the lights don't work, the rangehood doesn't work properly, the oven grill element was falling down and held up by one of the oven trays, the toaster was smokey, the microwave LCD doesn't show you all the digits so you don't know how long the timer is set for, the bin lid is broken so it's hard to open but you don't want leave the lid off for the flies etc).
The kitchen was important because we have kids/baby and the location is near a lovely beach but 30 min from town, so we need to cook and can't eat out every meal.
Everything else about the property was average. We paid for the more expensive room, expecting a bit more comfort, but that wasn't the case.
Also, it could be cleaner... especially the kitchen and the floors.

Tons of extra blankets if it got cold
The 2 back rooms had blinds that didn’t go all the way to the floor so the morning sun would shine through and wake you up early.
Wish there was some kid friendly plates and cups.

We loved the spacious apartment, spa bath and beautiful view of the ocean!
Loved having a tennis caught nearby aswell which we used daily

Nicely appointed in quiet location
Floors very dirty and needs maintenance in ensuite bathroom. Also this property is very isolated and has no local shops , nearest supermarket about 23km away , so you need to make sure and take everything you need.

Great location and facilities. Loved the view of the ocean. Also loved the fact there was oil, condiments and glad wrap, paper towel and alfoil. I think we were upgraded to a cabin. Perfect spot to relax after Bald Head Trail and a perfect spot between Albany and Denmark.
Just a few cobwebs around the cabin but otherwise very clean.

Great location not far from cosy beach and halfway through Albany and Denmark. I liked the check in process.
The internet was not working throughout our stay. TV isn’t smart tv lack channel and apps to connect using personal devise.

Shower curtains/screens would have been handy. There were two lock boxes to choose from and I entered the code into the wrong one a few times before I tried the other.

i loved the location. the beds were very comfortable.
there were no board games or young kids related activities on site or in the unot.
Also, the cafe on site was closed so the nearest food/beverage location was a minimum 25 minutes away.

Location was excellent-its not actually possible to see the Ocean any more as the trees have grown, but as its just 2 minutes from beach its no big deal. The kitchen was excellent as were the rooms

Location, room size and comfort.
Lack of staff on premises and I think care taker living onsite was very intimidating and rude to my son and daughter telling them to get off the tennis courts with their skateboards. The courts were very quiet and they were doing absolutely nothing wrong, just outside in the fresh air having fun. It’s a shame! ☹️

Stunning quiet location that is the perfect base to day trip to all the fabulous sights around. But you will probably just want to stay at the property it’s so relaxing.

Specious cottage. Heater works well in cold weather. There were a few globes not working and they sent people out to fix them the next day which was nice.
There is no door’s between the bath room and bed room. Especially the spare bedroom with 2 single bed, you can smell the drain when closing the bedroom door for sleep. Which is a shame.
Would be nice if they actually check if all lights and electric blankets are working as only one decent heater in lounge area. Some functions of the oven is not working either but we managed to cook some food. Wifi is supplied but at ok speed.

Did not receive a pin for the key box. The key box was unable to open even after getting the pin from the staff. Had to use the staff key.

The location and the kitchen was nice plus handy having washing machine and dryer
was quite run down had loads of spider webs inside and the furniture was old and damaged , said it had a coffee maker and it didn’t , fireplace was out of order which was disappointing .
