Entrance is a dump, cold minimalist decoration, bathroom is all black marble with poor lighting. View from room was overlooking a terrace with overturned patio furniture. No closet, 4 hangers over a coffee pot.

Rooms were very small and minimal storage space, no closet. Bathroom felt a bit clostrophic for 2 people

The room itself was incredible. We were upgraded to a suite and the decor and facilities were fantastic (they included a jacuzzi and sauna within the room). The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the galleria in the heart of the city. An extremely enjoyable stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The check in area could be elevated to match the standard of the decor in the rooms but it appeared as though some renovation work in that area may already be underway.

It is the perfect romantic room with a spacious shower and a comfortable bath. It was nice that the TV was equipped with a working Chromecast. The location is really good, near La Scala and Duomo—no need to use any means of transportation to see everything in the city center of Milan.

Minibar with water was really small, so only two small bottles of water (one still, one sparkling) fitted. Could use more. Bed mattress could be a bit more comfortable.

Super Lage, nettes Personal, könnte mein Gepäck stehen lassen. Im Frühstücksraum Blick auf die Spitze des Doms. Suite sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Matratze genau richtig für mich.

Es ist sehr laut. Die Türen sind schwer zu schließen und es knallt die ganze Zeit. Das betrifft die Etage mit den Suiten. Andere weiss ich nicht.

The rooms

Everything, the moment we stepped to the checkout ! The receptionist were too kind to upgrade us to executive suit. The waiting at the reception includes a fresh coffee. The taxi is ordered with mins at the reception. The room is something else, it has huge jacuzzi and a Sauna. The interior design of the room is really amazing. I liked all the details.
