We rented for 6 nights but unfortunately because of the tornado had to evacuate a day after we check in. Owner is very good answering all the questions/texts/calls. Very helpful no complaints at all. The a little harbor was nice and cozy, apartment very clean, perfect for a couple nice and comfy king size bed. To bad we spend only 1 night there bc of the Hurricane, due to her policy she charge us for 3 nights and gave us 3 nights back was a bummer but better than nothing. Besides that i would highly recommend this place if you like to drink it's ever better bc there is a nice restaurant only steps away from the condo, Beautiful Sunset to enjoy!!

a great little location off the beaten path for a couples retreat! but plan to spend extra time driving to events / locations. owner is very prompt with responding to questions and concerns, easy in easy out location! would recommend this to anyone

Communications with owner was excellent and the room was very well decorated. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Overall we had a great stay. Place was as described. Had everything we needed in the wrong and great communication from the host. Only thing I would change, which is personal preference, the toilet seat does not have a cover. Just something I like in a bathroom. Definitely recommend staying here, great price and lots to do right on the property.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything we wanted to see and do, yet removed enough to enjoy the quiet evenings. The sunsets were gorgeous, the local restaurant with bands just a few steps away, and the pool area was clean and quiet. Olive, was patient and kind and provided everything we needed in the unit. This place really does have it all.

Olive’s place is incredible. The boys and I just absolutely loved staying here and the location is amazing. Olive was great with communicating and we felt right at home here.

My husband and I spent a week at Olives property and it was everything that she describe. She was a very gracious host. Even bought a pickle ball set when I inquired about them. The resort was nice and thankfully was what we expected. We didn’t leave the property too much as there wasn’t a lot to do in the area. Which fine with us. Pool, beach, sun and relaxing was all we wanted. Thank you again!!

Olive was a great host. She even gave us her cell phone number so we could contact her directly. We had a couple of minor issues with some lights that needed replacing and she and her husband came over immediately to fix them. We also asked for a crockpot because we like to do slow cooking, so she provided one for us on the first day we were there. It’s really a nice studio apartment that was very well furnished with paper towels, toilet paper and plenty of utensils. The swimming pool and spa were clean and warm and the ocean views were beautiful especially the sunsets and sunrises. There are chiggers or No See Ums in the grassy areas so I would bring some Deepwoods Off. We got a number of bites on our legs when we walked down by the pier one evening. The air conditioner worked fine but was a little noisy at times. The TV was a little challenging you have to use one remote to turn it on and adjust the volume and the other remote to change channels. Make sure the input is on cable or you won’t be able to receive the signal. We brought our own DVD player and it worked fine with an HDMI cable We would definitely return.

It was a nice unit in a cute area. View was great. Close to expressway. Only thing I needed was a cooler, I’m sure if I asked it would have been provided. Owner was very attentive!

This property was phenomenal. Bigger than it seems in pictures, extremely clean, and lots of amenities. On my way to Florida my luggage was lost by the airline, so getting to the property to see that Olive had stocked body wash, shampoo, beach towels, and many other comforts was wonderful. We made Starbucks coffee each morning and really enjoyed the room. Olive was so helpful with all questions and responsive. This is a perfect spot for anyone staying nearby- we swam in the pool, saw the ocean, dined nearby, all within a walk away. Definitely highly recommend this stay, was a great value and much more "homey" than a hotel. Thanks Olive!

My husband had enjoyed his stay at the property. The owner checked on us several times. She was very helpful in offering information about places to eat and things to do.

Olive was an amazing host. She was quick to answer any questions. The property was exactly as described. There is a pier that offers amazing sunsets and several pools to choose from. The location is close to Tampa and other attractions. We would stay again.

Efficiency is clean and comfortable. Olive adds little touches that makes big differences like “real shampoo and conditioner” , not hotel quality hair suds. =), bug spray and oversized plush beach towels. There are also a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas saving you the cost of renting them. The kitchen has everything needed unless you are hosting family thanksgiving. =). Olive is on the ball with communication and ensures that your stay is a good one. This is a great location for branching out to Bradenton beach, Tampa and even St. Petersburg. It is a quiet and restful resort that offers boat and jet ski rentals. It is a unique getaway and Olive’s unit made it uniquely comfortable and memorable for my wife and I. Thank you Olive and we may see you soon again!

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great location, walking distance to the beach, 2 pools and 2 restaurants. We had only one issue and contacted Olive and she took care of it immediately. She kept in touch to make sure everything was ok.

Olive was so accommodating and kind to work with!! Her place is extremely clean and the resort area where she is located in was perfect- everything you need is close. We loved it and are planning to return!! It was only a weekend stay for us gals but we were extremely happy!! The place is bigger than it looks in pics!! Highly recommend!!

I’m not a “room” person. I don’t book hotels, condos, or stays based on being wowed by how a room looks. I book based on location, and convenience, and most importantly the people in charge of my comfort & care. That said, this condo checked all the boxes. Room was absolutely perfect for my needs, and exactly as advertised. Walk out your front door, look to your right and you see a postcard of a view of St Petersburg across the Bay. While I was there on business, and could not use either of the 2 pools, they were both within steps of my room and wish I could have used them. Now, the most important part, the property owner/manager. She was the most welcoming, and responsive person I have dealt with. I thank her for helping me, a VRBO rookie, with all my questions. Thank you, Olive, I’ll be back!!

First off, huge TY to Olive for being incredibly responsive and communicative! Any question you may have, a response came in minutes and we were provided detailed instructions about the property, access etc in the time leading up to our arrival. I wanted an “off the beaten path” vacation and purposely avoided hotels etc in hopes of avoiding crazy spring breakers and have a relaxing time with my kids (14 and 11). This was just that! A clean room with a fridge and kitchenette so we could keep small meals and snacks, two restaurants on site, basketball court and pools to keep busy and a little beach with chairs, umbrellas, water activities (bikes and jet skis) - all without chaos! We saw a sting ray, dolphins, tons of fish - all right off the pier. Charters pick up right there if you wanted to book one (highly recommend True Lies Fishing Charter!!) and if you want anything outside of this - it’s all a short driving distance. I couldnt have asked for a better experience both with the area and Olive! Thank you for making this a great memory for us!!

The apartment was exactly as shown except bigger than I thought it would be. It was nice to drive right outside the door to load and unload. The beach, pier, pools, and restaurants are all almost right outside the door! The view of downtown St Pete and the Skyway Bridge were really pretty. We usually stay on the Pinellas beaches but now we are huge fans of the bay side. It is close enough to the Port of Tampa to get a great view of the ships sailing out of the bay and especially beautiful during the sunset. We will be back!

This property it’s exactly as pictured. When we arrived we felt at home immediately, the space is larger than we anticipated, 3/4 fridge is a bonus, and the kitchen was great! We were staying for one month and very happy to find the kitchen was stocked so well, every pot and pan you might need, two sets of dishes, silverware utensils in abundance, and a nice little island for prepping. The two sets of dishes were nice as when we wanted to eat out on the lanai there is a lovely set of plastics that could be used, no fear of breaking glass. The amenities of the resort are a welcome bonus. Sunset Grill for lunch/dinner, Sunday all you can eat buffet, music played daily we could hear from the lanai at our unit. Sunsets are gorgeous! People from the area come to the pier to take pictures with their loved ones. Hooks restaurant more casual and laid-back the deck overlooks the intercoastal waterway we saw dolphins several times while waiting for our meal. Take note to be patient at Hooks, a smaller kitchen and less staff but well worth the wait food is great. We enjoyed daily walks throughout the resort area and the two marinas. There is bike rental available as well as lounge chairs and umbrellas by the beach, JetSki’s, kayaks, and boat charters. Olive The owner of this beautiful unit it’s an absolute gem. We had few questions prior to our stay and she always responded so quickly and kindly. During our stay she reached out to us on more than one occasion just to see if there was anything we needed. We just can’t say enough how wonderful it was to deal with such a kind and lovely person. Thank you for all of for an amazing month in sunny Florida! 🏖🌴

Olive was a great host and the place was exactly as described. The two restaurants, beach, and water sports offered us all the entertainment we needed. If you are without a car as we were, I do suggest bringing groceries as there is no convenient store within walking distance. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family if they are looking for a quiet getaway.
