The cleaning of the house and such many games for kids. Good for a long term stay.

The small timber house at the backyard is not clean properly, the kids can't enjoy it at all unfortunately.

The house was good for the accommodation we needed. Also close to both Moonta and Moonta Bay. Clean facilities.

This is a nice house in a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach and a short drive into Moonta. It was very clean and had plenty of space. The owner was very good at responding to messages and gave good clear instructions about accessing keys etc. It would be a great place for a family holiday.

There were no instructions manuals for TV and air conditioner. There is a coffee maker but no milk was provided. Just a small carton of milk would have been a nice homely touch. Also there was no soap for the shower or any toiletries at all except liquid hand soap on the basin. You have to bring your own towels and sheets or pay an extra $20 per person. No heating (or cooling) in the bedrooms, but there were blankets in the wardrobe. It would benefit from a stylist giving a few tips on how to make it look a bit more stylish and welcoming eg a few contemporary pots or decorative homewares here and there and maybe some books and current magazines in the main living area. The soft furnishings are all grey - it needs a few pops of colour. The scatter cushions on the lounge look tired and dull. A few new inexpensive colourful cushions to match the beachy prints would make a big difference. I recommend replacing the black framed prínts above the TV - they don't go with the rest of the decor. Pop a few mats over the dings in the white dining table.

amazing location in quiet street

Great house for a family stay with easy walk to beach. Cubby house was a favourite for our 2 year old granddaughter.

Everything was great really....perhaps WiFi would be a nice addition.

Property became very hot in the afternoon. Air conditioner did not reach bedrooms down hallway. Mattress in second bedroom was very soft.

Walking distance to the beach, large roomy house, very much enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Had to pay extra for bedding & towels, these days for this style of accommodation this should be included.

Everything met out expectations and more. The complimentary red wine was a pleasant surprise. The host Andrew had set up the place extremely well with good cooking facilities and a Audio visual entertainment. There was not a single factor that we did not like.

Quiet street, close to the water. Very clean and tidy with lots of thoughtful extras to keep the masses entertained (books, movies, puzzles, some kids toys etc). House was well setup, with ample space and plenty of beds even for a large family. Other than sheets and towels, most other key items were provided (even a few basics in the pantry, and coffee pods!). Beds were comfy too.

Cubby was nice, but quite dusty with a few cobwebs. Pots in kitchen were badly scratched, cheap teflon which may not be that safe to use.

some mattresses needing updating sooner rather than later... bathrooms and toilets could be a bit cleaner, lots of "hair" from previous stay/occupants

The facilities were excellent. More pots and pans, crockery and cutlery than we have at home.! The house, grounds were very clean. For 2 couples the layout of bedrooms/bathrooms was excellent. Very hard to find any negative isuues.

The reception [picture quality] on TV was not that sharp.

The house and location was perfect for what we needed. Great size rooms and space for 8 adults and a baby. Would book again.
