Esta casa adosada de 1,390 pies cuadrados con 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños tiene capacidad para 4 personas y cuenta con una espaciosa suite principal con una cama king. Hay un garaje privado para un automóvil y lavandería privada. La cubierta ofrece hermosas vistas arboladas con montañas en la distancia y una parrilla privada. Con el servicio de transporte del complejo que se encuentra cerca, estás a solo minutos de la góndola, las tiendas, los restaurantes y las festividades.
La entrada tiene ganchos montados y un banco para su conveniencia mientras entra y sale durante todo el día. La sala de estar cuenta con una pared completa de ventanas que permite mucha luz natural. Los techos abovedados se prestan a la amplitud general y hay una chimenea de gas y un gran televisor de pantalla plana. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay acceso a la terraza con hermosas vistas y una parrilla privada. La cubierta se abre al espacio verde, perfecto para jugar afuera y construir muñecos de nieve.

The actual place was pretty much as advertised and met our needs. The text directions skipped an entire street (Independence) which cost us about 20 minutes of extra time trying to find the condo. There was a blanket stored in a coffee table that after starting to use it we discovered a used bandage from previous guests. Finally the king bedroom shower had no hot water.

Property was great but the management company not so much... If you plan on booking read the agreement Summit County Rentals sends you throughly. They have hidden fees in the contract and will not refund you for them. 12 pages and hide “damage insurance” in multiple lines of initialing - this should be listed first but embedded in a sea of text and agreements to be shady.

Overall the property was disappointing. I expected better.A brief rundown of the positives and negatives.The positives: There is more than enough room and the fireplace is really nice. Each upstairs bathroom has a en suite, and the half bath downstairs is an awesome extra for families. If you have a small enough car (i.e sedan or smaller), you can actually use the garage too. The negatives: There is a camera at the front door. If it was ever disclosed, I missed it. But I significantly dislike staying at properties that feel the need to monitor your coming and goings. If I had known that ahead of time, I wouldn’t have stayed here. It’s creepy and unsettling. They don’t take cleaning seriously. Toenails and kids toys under the bed, sunflower seeds in and under couch, dishes that hadn’t been washed (but we’re just put away dirty), clothes covered in dust on the floor behind furniture, etc. It seemed as though there was an “ick” factor every time we turned. The furniture is cheap, too. The table and couch are decent, but the living room chairs are unusable and the guest bedroom mattresses were pretty bad. The coffee pot is *the* worst. If you do stay here and want coffee, bring your own!!Location is by a bus stop and the community dumpster.A additional note on customer service:I was a little irked that they wanted photos for proof of what was dirty. When I initially notified them, I assumed the immediate response would be “let’s fix that right away”, not “send me pictures”. They did eventually offer to send a cleaning crew, but it was too little too late. We went and bought our own cleaning stuff.All in all, we won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it. I might give it another try if they figure out how to clean properly and invest in better fu

Loved the townhome and shuttle was super easy to get to Base of mountain. Unit was clean and perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked which is a huge benefit since we cook all our meals.

Beautiful home and property but think twice before booking this location. We rented this townhome for the EV charger. Our Tesla would not charge on the included garage EV charger. This was brought to managements attention our first night of arrival. We stayed for 3 nights and got the run around from management about the EV charger or no response at all. They did not communicate or fix the issue we had with the property as it was brought to their attention daily. Overall it made for a stressful stay and a lot more time and money spent at the local Tesla chargers that are about 15 minutes from the property. Do not stay here for the EV charger!

So unbelievably quiet and relaxing.

We were flying from Florida and after 2 flights and a car ride we made it around 2 am letting them know ahead of time of our eta. They sent us a code for the key that didn't work, we called the one number was available and sent text messages. We had to sleep inside our rental car. Four people in a compact car so you can imagine. Around 7:30 am we called them again because the online page says that they open at 8 am. Gorge called us back and sent a maintenance lady to open the door finally. The house is good and they have everything you need but they sent us the wrong code and wrong directions to get in. We were sent an additional code to ensure we could enter and exit the rental for the rest of our stay. They do not understand that they sent the wrong code to enter. Be aware if you are checking in the instructions are vague and do not include any of the information you'll need to get into the rental. MAKE sure you get multiple codes to enter or you will be locked out. Also, when you contact management and the office they will blame you for not calling the after hours emergency phone number that isnt listed in order to avoid responsibilty and will not refund you for your missing night. VERY VERY poor communication and lack of customer service is embarrasing. They will blame you and everyone else for their mistakes. Good luck.

The place was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. The location is super close to Keystone resort, and hiking trails. The car charger was perfect for my Leaf. The only thing we didn’t like was the king size bed mattress because it was so soft.

The windows really should have been clean prior to check in. They were all hazy like they haven’t been cleaned sll season. Especially since this property’s main view was east facing. And they should have at least been cleaned soon after check in as we left for the entire day every day, returning in the late afternoon.

My son and I had a great stay and skied at A Basin. The unit was a good location for that being on the east side of Keystone. I thought it was one of the best places I have stayed in Summit County. You can tell the owners and management take great care to make it a pleasant and hassle free experience. Attention to details (knowing what it is like to stay somewhere) were noticeable. Little things like labeling some of the light switches, lots of tissue boxes around, really thorough instructions. Place was very nicely furnished and nice airy design with much natural light. Great place to spend some time.

Overall we had a great stay. The master bed was very comfortable and the shuttle service to the ski resort was very convenient My suggestions to improve the home is more comfortable couches and lounge chairs and to shovel the back patio so we could of used the grill and sit out there.

The condo unit was very nice. We were very disappointed with Summit County Mountain Retreats. We spent a full day a year in advance finding the right spot to stay. Then, a few months before our trip, they called to say that we couldn't have the unit that we wanted (and had paid for). We had already paid our deposit and had a confirmation agreement from them. We were told that that's just the way it was, that owners could bump you out when they want. They found us a new location that was smaller, and was $200 less expensive, but it wasn't the one we wanted.The hot tub at the condo, was dirty and lukewarm. When I texted Summit County Mountain Retreats, they told me that was the maintenance responsibility at the condo unit responsibility. All in all, a very mediocre stay. The place was nice, but it was not memorable. Don’t know if I’d us Summit County Mountain Retreats again.

Nice property, spacious and clean, and great location. Hot tub was hard to find in the complex with no guidance. Had to ask handy man for guidance as there were no orientation maps for the complex. Tried twice to use the jacuzzi soaker tub in the unit but there was only enough hot water to fill it 1/3 full. Showering for one person only at a time then 45 min. Wait for more hot water. No welcome book or information in print in the unit on how to run the TV or heating system. The only info available was through QR code on the cell phone. But the info provided was not helpful and no info on using the unit.

Doesn't get any better than this if you are going to Keystone. Lots of sunlight, mountain views, and a 3 minute ride to the mountain. Living and sleeping spaces are well maintained and updated with TV's throughout when you want to wind down. Digital Guestbook provided gives you all the info you need and more, plus discounts! Shuttle service is super convenient.

This condo pleasantly surprised us. It's not a typical Summit Co. condo built in '80's. It's new and very well kept. It feels more like separate house than a condo (your own entrance, patio, garage etc.) Management company was on point with timely communication and very responsive to few questions we had. Highly recommended!

The townhome was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities. The location was perfect if you want to be away from the crowd...quiet, wooded, and beautiful. Yet it was close enough to the cities and attractions that you could drive to them within 30 minutes at most. If we come back to Keystone someday, we would book this townhome again if available.

This place was great - lots of exploring to be done right around the condo. We stayed in the summer and I would note there is no AC and it did get quite hot. The condo was well stocked with fans which was much appreciated! Would love to stay here in the winter to ski. The management company was quick to respond to all inquiries. Very clean and loved the white bedding!

The size and location of this property were perfect for our family of four. The proximity to Keystone was so nice with the option of the shuttle right outside the door. The condo itself could use some tlc, carpeting definitely needs to be replaced and a deep clean would make the stay more comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. A great place to stay with access to all of summit county and what it has to offer!

The property was not clean & the pictures are deceiving.
The bathroom shower curtains had a red mildew/mold, the cabinet drawers had hair from previous renters & toothpaste remnants left behind, & the primary shower head was suitable for someone less than 4'8" tall.
There was no laundry soap or cleaning supplies accessible, as the property description stated there would be. I tried to clean the mess myself but I couldn't.
One of the twin beds fell apart, the footboard & side rail split causing the mattress to fall to the ground. The primary closets had 3 hangers total & the dresser in the primary was dirty inside.
Some of the stone tiles in the entryway were cracked & popping off the floor, causing a trip hazard for the kids... we were able to put rugs over them.
The kitchen counter had coffee grounds from someone else & the bare minimum for dishes, etc.
The carpet, now that was the worst. It looked like something from 1981, with the stains to match. It was disgusting & dirty. There was dirt & debris everywhere.. between the carpet & the floors, our socks were brown after walking throughout the house ONE time.
Equally as gross was the furniture in the livingroom. Two cloth chairs had white stains on the seat cushions.. no thank you.
I brought forth my concerns to the office manager, who was great at responding. We were given new shower curtains & housekeeping came back to clean. However, the house only smelled clean & it was no better than when we arrived... In fact, they decided to fold our dirty wet towels that were hanging in the bathroom (not yet washed) & display them as if they were new clean towels.. which made me assume they probably weren't clean to begin with.
For the price & the area.. this property was 1/5 stars. I give it 1 star because check in was easy, although our first code didn't work & the manager did answer calls & respond to text messages. Housekeeping needs improvement, as well as maintenance.

Not Clean, Not An Accurate Depiction of Property
The property was not clean & the pictures are deceiving.
The bathroom shower curtains had a red mildew/mold, the cabinet drawers had hair from previous renters & toothpaste remnants left behind, & the primary shower head was suitable for someone less than 4'8" tall.
There was no laundry soap or cleaning supplies accessible, as the property description stated there would be. I tried to clean the mess myself but I couldn't.
One of the twin beds fell apart, the footboard & side rail split causing the mattress to fall to the ground. The primary closets had 3 hangers total & the dresser in the primary was dirty inside.
Some of the stone tiles in the entryway were cracked & popping off the floor, causing a trip hazard for the kids... we were able to put rugs over them.
The kitchen counter had coffee grounds from someone else & the bare minimum for dishes, etc.
The carpet, now that was the worst. It looked like something from 1981, with the stains to match. It was disgusting & dirty. There was dirt & debris everywhere.. between the carpet & the floors, our socks were brown after walking throughout the house ONE time.
Equally as gross was the furniture in the livingroom. Two cloth chairs had white stains on the seat cushions.. no thank you.
I brought forth my concerns to the office manager, who was great at responding. We were given new shower curtains & housekeeping came back to clean. However, the house only smelled clean & it was no better than when we arrived... In fact, they decided to fold our dirty wet towels that were hanging in the bathroom (not yet washed) & display them as if they were new clean towels.. which made me assume they probably weren't clean to begin with.
For the price & the area.. this property was 1/5 stars. I give it 1 star because check in was easy, although our first code didn't work & the manager did answer calls & respond to text messages. Housekeeping needs improvement, as well as maintenance.

Nice to get away with the family. This place was perfect for our elementary school kids. We had everything we needed and close to Keystone for a day of skiing.
