Very clean , good location, nice staff, and the view was really nice

This property has an amazing view of the acropolis from the balcony and living room. It is very large, clean and well equipped with 2 bathrooms, plenty of storage, washing machine, full kitchen and a beautiful wine rack full of wine that you can buy. There is a great guide explaining each wine too. Check in was great, the lady was so friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is perfect - our favourite one of those close to the acropolis. You can easily walk to everywhere, the acropolis museum is 5 mins away, alongside the metro and a great stroll into plaka. The actual neighbourhood had a really great vibe - very much lived in by Athenians with great bakeries, clean supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and delicious fresh fruit juice makers all 1 minute walk from the front door.

We couldn’t get the hot water working despite following instructions but it was so hot we were ok with cold showers. We didn’t contact reception who I’m sure would have sorted it.

Wife was scared of the stairs going down to the bedroom

A lovely clean apartment with a view up to the Acropolis. Now, it is by far an unrestricted view but at least you can see it unlike other properties claiming to have a view. The bed was super comfortable and huge! And the staff at reception where on hand to help us with any queries we had, giving good advice on what to do. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Urban Stripes to anyone at all

The room/studio was very spacious and the view to the Acropolis was really nice. It was clean and very comfortable. Location was excellent, one of the nicest neighborhoods for us because it is central, has a lot of history and a lot of bars and places to eat. Especially a lot of choices for breakfast, such as bakeries and cafes.

A place to hang your coat would be useful in the entrance. The shower is a bit downgraded with the curtain. Maybe a glass door would be a lot more useful and would upgrade the bathroom.

Beautiful apartment with a great view on Acropolis. Perfect spot for those who look for being in the center near all attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. The Urban stripes people are charming and give you. 5 stars service.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the acropolis was very nice, especially on the side of the kitchen. We also really liked the bathroom concept.

The tap on the bathtub was not working (we couldn’t open it to drain the water).
